Would anyone consider writing a custom story

We would like to know if we could request a custom story of my wife and me. Would love to have custom story written about us. Looking for something in the loving wives interracial category about trip we had to Jamaica where a small troop of very large and super fit soldiers from Jamaica Defense Force called SPEAR stayed at our hotel and near our room. They were really into my wife and she was really attracted to them and loved the attention she got from them. TL-DNR - authors aren’t waiting for other people’s ideas, they have lots of their own. You may get some interest if you say you ar willing to commission a story (not from me, I don’t write commercially and the subject matter isn’t me either).

I certainly wouldn’t expect for an artist to work for free. And I anticipated that there might be a fee. I have no problem paying someone for their time and effort. To use your example of a painter I think of this as a commission based upon a specific request from the client. I appreciate your reply. And providing a framework for what I could expect.

Thanks for the suggestion. I did try this but many do not allow for what is considered restricted content.

If you realize you must pay, you’ve probably got an amount in mind. You should probably approach specific writers directly with a concrete proposal. Choose those writers based on their work here; if you’ve read many interracial wife stories, you’ll know who “specializes” in them.

Ask them.

I'll second what Voboy said, take a look in the appropriate sections like LW and Interracial and find a few active authors whose work you enjoy and reach out directly.

If someone were to approach me with a commission for the type of story I already write I would be a lot more amenable than something I'm not interested in.

The issue with having someone else write your story, in my mind, is exactly as @BobbyBrandt put it. The main factor is that the "author (for hire or voluntary) has no concept of your thoughts and feelings/sensations at the time, as it was happening, so whatever the end product is may well disappoint you.

The "author" would need taped recordings and/or written notes from both of you describing every facet of the interaction/s or they will not be able to reproduce YOUR story for you. Making taped recordings would probably be easier than finding an app that will accept your narrative. Professional authors tend to, often, carry those all the time just in case an idea pops into their heads. They're pretty inexpensive now but getting the cassettes can be an issue. Alternatively, set up an email contact with the author and keep the material flowing that way.

As for the question of fees, that would be between you two and would, I suggest, largely depend on whether you wanted to publish under "assumed names" or just keep it for yourselves.

In my experience, it's not quite THAT bad. It's not about "reproducing" what's in the commissioner's mind; it's about documenting their fantasy.

I've done for-hire work before, and commissioners are usually not just willing to cede control over the details, but eager to do so. They typically want to be surprised, though pleasantly.

When I've done this, I've usually just exchanged a couple of emails and gone for it. My commissioned pieces have always been well-received. What I want from them are parameters: DO NOT include this or that, YOU MUST include this or that. I tell them very clearly that what they get is what they get, but I respect those parameters and it usually works out. It's not paint-by-numbers, by any means.

As I said, you probably have an app on your cell phone that would allow you to dictate your story and save it in text format. There are also free apps that you could install, such as "Voice Notebook". That is the app that I use on my Android phone when driving to capture my thoughts and even dictate sections of my writings.

The content remains on your phone and not in the cloud, so there are none of the restrictions that you mentioned. The dictated text could then be copied and pasted into a more robust application, on your phone, in the cloud, or on your computer to correct grammar, punctuation, and the like.
