In my opinion, it's best left for private time at home. Anything sexually related, even if it's not meant to offend or isn't said directly to a person (or is emailed to the wrong person), can constitute a sexual harassment complaint. You don't want to go there.

Depending on the couple though, there may be one or two carry overs. Some Doms, for example, like to pick what their sub wears. Some have a rule like "keep your phone on in case of emergencies" that's an "all the time" rule not just a playtime thing. But it would have to be something either subtle or mundane and workplace appropriate.

I'd assume people have set aside times for the D/s stuff. It seems like it'd be exhausting to have it on all the time.
