Um, this is really bad, but I've been walking regularly for the last few days, and that's pretty damn good since I'm in the midst of a real live depressive episode.
anyways, when you feel good about it all Ari, another glimpse of that workin' out bod of yours would be oh-so-welcome!

, but fast enough to get your blood flowing.) After a week or two of that, kick it up to a really slow jog for a spell - like slower than you could walk, even. After a couple weeks of that, do just the really slow jog, for 30-35 minutes 3-4 times a week. That's it - you never need to do more. This is enough to put you on the fitness track for life. If you gradually increase the pace a bit that's fine, but optional. (You probably will increase it a little bit, almost automatically, though. It's hard to run really slow - but be sure to do just that for the first several weeks.)
I've lost about 8 pounds!
