This is a question for ladies who work out. I don't want to sound creepy and am not looking to hook up with women at fitness club first of all. I work out pretty hard and appreciate compliments from friends and family of my progress. I see a lot of women who work their asses off and are really dedicated to hard work, take pride in their fitness. How would you as a married guy compliment you as a woman working out without insulting them or making them feel objectified. Again, its more of a "we are all in this fitness kick to improve ourselves and yeah, its nice to receive a compliment and take notice of my hard work" Thanks

These women are friends and family, then? You just work out at the same gym?

No, just women in general who are there all of the time as well. I think we all see each other and know the dedication is there and respect the work being put in, just think instead of never saying anything and ignoring them is kind of, I don't know, a little crazy.
