What do you like? What keeps you going on the treadmill, bike, stairmaster, etc.?!?!?

Usually I listen to classic rock.

Allman brothers
Marshall Tucker
Janis Joplin
38 Special

Sometimes I will even try some jazz, if I am in a mellow mood.:)

I do a lot of high intensity of weight lifting, and while doing so I prefer the harder rock. Linkin Park, Motorhead, some Nickelback, a little bit of Kid Rock and some other stuff.

House music, like Boriqua Anthem. I also love Elvis Crespo and other fast merengue songs. They keep me pumped while I'm on the elliptical trainer.

Sometimes I love rock as well. Bloodhound Gang, Sum41, The Hives, etc...

Dance Reggae can be good rhythmically.

Alice Cooper's album "Trash"

A great hard driving sound to keep me pumped during my workouts.

These are my favorite treadmill CD's of late.

The Best of U2 1980 - 1990
The Rising - Springsteen

The rhthym on the U2 CD is perfect.

I like

hard rock....really into Nickleback right now. Mainly because at the time i work out the kids are out of school and they have the cd player monopolized.....

Right there alongside ya Tap. I'm really into Disturbed right now, as well as Metallica, the harder stuff is great for lifting. Linkin Park's "Papercut" is on my mix cd, as is "Ready,Steady,Go" by Paul Oakenfold. Some Papa Roach, Puddle of Mudd, and System of a Down round it out...things that rock and rock HARD are what i need when i work out.

If you like upbeat, with some Latin flavor.. Shakira has some good grooves.. and she knows how to shake dat ass. :) The album "Laundry Service" is great.

I'll admit it...i accidently landed on our local top 40 radio station, and heard Shakira's new one, "Tango" or whatever...and...i liked it. I left it on. go figure. And DEAR GOD can she shake dat azzz...

The workout Cd's I enjoy are a little quick. Ashanti has a good one. I like Fugees: The Score. The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill is probably my favorite, especially "Everything is Everything". Then again the radio sometimes is the most convenient.

Fast stuff works well. I think Static-X works great and it reminds me of the times I seen him live and how crazy things got.
