Work In Progress - What Do You Think

Sorry, after I started the thread I realized that because it hasn't been submitted there's no link, and I was hesitant to do a cut and paste.

Good move, as only work posted to the Literotica story file should be dealt with here.

But my suggestion on your work in progress is to finish a version before you go looking for feedback. Best of luck, hope you enjoy writing it.

Good call. This forum is not the place for stories. I agree with sr71; you should finish your story, or as much of it as you can, then see about posting it, then ask for feedback.

The deranged gauleiter has, yet again, exceeded his jackboots.

We can ignore a post if we wish, but there are no rules to add that adding to stories feedback says that there are limits. Just regard the drivel of the Nipples thread and the insanity of scouries.

sr speaks without authority and without the backing of the moderator. He is just a flat-track bully trying to impose his North Korean control on a friendly forum.

The site has no problem with the posts so why does sr rear his unattractive head to interfere?

Ignore his banalities.

Wow, talk about some hate, you have some real anger issues you need to work on. Jackboots and North Korea, seriously? Talk about exaggeration...

Well, yes, in addition to the fact that Meredith decided on her own to delete and back up before I posted anything and what I posted, I think, was polite and encouraging (and was echoed by PennLady, who Elfin apparently decided just didn't exist).

But that's our Elfin.

As always, sr talks out of his fundamental orifice!

Extracts of unposted stories have always been accepted here as long as they are reasonably short and just looking for a steer. The site doesn't care but sr is a blood brother of the French militia in the war.

Sorry, Derro, there is no hate, just frustration.

Stories Feedback, a few years back, was a nicely anarchic place where newbies and some really good writers interacted. Sure, Cloudy, Abstruse or Jenny Jackson and others didn't stint from making their vibrant views felt but the number of writers asking for comments and the number of 'readers' was much higher than today where the forum rarely exceeds 5 'viewers'.

The number of good writers and new writers wanting help here who have fled is worrying. scouries and sr continue their egotistical attempts to destroy this forum.

Again, it is frustration to see the arrogant efforts and whole ethos of an insignificant member trying to commandeer control of forums. He is more damaging to Lit than scouries.

One of Elfin's attributes in her craziness is just to ignore anything a moderator weighs in and counters her opinions couched as authority/truth with.

We have been told by moderators countless times that excerpts posted for critique should be confined to no more than three paragraphs, that the forum isn't the place to post full stories for critique before posting to Literotica, and that Literotica is no place to post stories for publishing elsewhere or to ask that folks go elsewhere to read their stories. And moderators often make these statement directly to some nonsense Elfin has posted.

Meredith posted far more than three paragraphs in the OP, but she also erased it before I posted anything here. And what I posted here, I think, was polite, helpful and true--and immediately back up by PennLady. So whatever Elfin is babbling about here has nothing to do really with Meredith or this thread.

As usual, Elfin is just passing hate gas. The Feedback forum is healthy and functioning. Folks are asking questions--and now getting a lot more polite, sensitive, and correct responses from a whole lot of folks than they were getting in the era when Elfin and Jennie Jackson were stumbling around with their ill-informed and imperial directives.

The only divisive poster on the Feedback forum at the moment is Elfin.

The forum moderator completely disagrees. This sticky from 2007 covers it.

If you start a thread it should deal specifically with a story you have written, and you are asking for feedback. It doesn't matter what stage the story is in.

Yes, it's quite obvious to all of us that you still think we are back in 2007, Elfin. It's been even longer than that since you've posted anything to the story file. The fumes you've been running on here dissipated a long time ago.

It's a sticky from the forum moderator which says;

a) My views are still current guidelines, and

b) Posters should abide with my guidance.

Your attempt to become de facto jackbooter of this forum flies completely in the face of what the owners consistently preach (and the REAL moderator explains) as their total belief in legal free-speech.

Sans argument, you seek to rail and mock.

Until the rules change, which I'm sure you'll try to connive, just admit you're wrong.
