I was joking. AoNoDoY's poem looks like word salad with wilted lettuce and a rotten tomato. i.e. it looks like a joke. And I possibly subjected myself to yet another round of devaluation.ok, i went a-googling, being only familiar with the name and not the history behind it.
having read that, it makes sense, though i would never have got the real message in the poem, its code if you will. that clear an understanding would have eluded me as i didn't have the knowledge to bring to the table. perhaps a footnote or title to point the way would have seen me travel where i ought to have. as it stands, it remains clever but aloof to all but those who are familiar with the backstory of a possible name to the murderer.

i'm not entirely convinced by the story, mind: it just so happens that the person who claims his dr. father might be the murderer just happens to be an author.... anything's possible.
