Word count and page length

Looking for a guide on how many pages a story will take up in Literotica. It's a psychological thing for me. I am more willing to read a story broken up into separate parts if each part is at most 3 or 4 pages. So, if a story is 15,100 words (for example), approximately how many Literotica pages would it be?

Just grabbed a couple pages from one of mine and pasted it into word, seems like that small sample size is 3600-3700 words a page. So, math... 15100 will be 4 pages and some change.

A Literotica page is approximately 3750 words. It varies a bit from that, but that's the standard.

Honestly, if you look at stories with multiple pages, those pages range from 3,100 to 3,600 words.
The only consistent restriction I could find so far is that the inner HTML of the story-container seems to be hard-capped at 21,000 characters (including spaces).

So, that would be including the paragraphs, style information like centered text, and so on.

I think I might have found where that number comes from.

15 pages (8.5x11), double spaced with 250 words per page comes to 3750 words.
