...you are not, Van...really? TOCK? (And I'm sure tick tock should be two words, no?)

(Cruel indeed! I was looking to stump the heck out of Tio. :) - and tick-tock could be hyphenated I would guess..sort of. ;) )

Lysol

(To clear away the stink of my last offering)

stunned

(at the archaic words people on Lit will find just to stick them into word chains)

Educated

(sometimes I actually have to type the word in 3 or 4 times just to make sure it looks like I remember it's supposed to look. How Tio pulls all those odd assed words out of thin air I have no idea!)

edified

(I use to think he made them up, but now I Google them to find out what they mean, and he doesn't. Just like I Googled Chymist. I think the man has an eidetic memory! You too. Would blow me away at Scrabble. lol)

Edifice.

That's disgusting - how do you memorize all this stuff?

Isosceles

espadrille

Memorize? I wouldn't dream of it, rote isn't knowledge. Hell, the Masters at the Sorbonne banned that back in 1303. And much of what I use here is part of my usual language. Remember, I'm an intellectual and an Anthropologist. (But please don't hold that against me.)

Fine...Are there things you'd rather have held against you?
