Is there any way to recall a PM?

One I sent earlier was incredibly thoughtless, even though I did not intend it to be. I didn't use enough brainpower before sending.

Probably not. Once you hit the submit button it's out there. If you really want it deleted then maybe you should contact the moderator and beg him to delete it for you, and I mean really beg.

Most forums allow you to access "sent" messages. If you intercept the message before it's received you can delete it. Once the recipient opens the message the jig is up, but if they have not accessed it, you should be able to delete it. Again, this is my experience on other forums, I'm not familiar enough with Lit's message system to know if that holds true.

In the future you may want to hold off on sending the message until you have your wits about you to determine the prudence of the message.
