Women-Post Pregnancy Sex

I'm currently working on a story that involves a woman about 1 to 2 years after giving birth. I want to describe her realistically but so far my attempts seem flat.

What interesting things occur to women after pregnancy that might be interesting to cover in a sex scene. I have searched on here and some other sites but nothing really answers what I am looking for.

My late wife told me that her first husband got her home from the Hospital, whipped her up into the bedroom and just ploughed on.

I delivered 6 kids vaginally, 2 of those were unmedicated births, and I had 1 c section, so I can probably help you.

What do you want to know?
For the most part everything goes back to normal about 2 weeks after delivery for a vaginal birth. It took me a lot longer to recover after my c section.

The soonest after delivery I had sex was about 8 days I think, might have been 10 days, after a vaginal delivery.

And really other than some faint stretch marks, my body recovered pretty well. You can't even see y c section scar at all.

Some people can, just depends on how good of shape they were in prepregnancy and how much weight they gained.

But for the most part everything inside was fine and working about a week later. No pain or discomfort and my now ex said I felt the same

The main thing that was changed for me though was since I breastfed my boobs were tender and leaky.
