I think unwrapped or wrapped, all depends upon a persons fetish.

For a person who loves a lady in a uniform, they will want the moment to last as long as possible. However, if a person likes a big breasted woman, then most likely they will want that woman topless before them, and not wearing a bra.

I think the appeal of women in uniform is that it can really help make wherever you are, kind of special.
