Women get to choose their first time

This is an idea I just thought up that could be fun but also would potentially require a lot of world building (I’ve never been a huge fan of “history went exactly the same even though this major change occurred decades/centuries ago”)

Regardless: in this setting, women get to choose who their first time is with, and as long as that person is of age, and there’s no exemption (religious or medical only), person must join them for their first time having sex. It’s officially declared and written down in government records.

I just felt it would be a fun idea to explore: in light-hearted ways (celebrity having to take a break from their career to please their fans), sleazier ways (women auction off their first times), or questionable ways (the only exemptkons are medical or religious, if they’re of age, no matter who they are (even if they’re related or not interested)).

Also, I figure that a woman has to be of age before she can apply for her “first time” so no risk of pre-18s to even risk Lit’s rules. In fact, I figure most of the women in this case will be at least 19 or early 20s.

…since this is their OFFICIAL first time. They could have actually had sex before but those aren’t official unions.

Idea I thought of was that bad girl of high school gets ridiculed at her graduation by the top student, who smugly thumbs her nose at her for not getting into college…only for our lead to declare that top student will be her first time (their both of age and neither have cashed in their declaration, meaning she also stole the top student’s official first time.)

A remote, isolated, but fairly populated rural region maintains an Ultimate Sadie Hawkins tradition where a woman's 18-year birthday party mandates that she choose an 18+ man (or woman) for the night or week or whatever. How many choose nearby male kinsfolk, vs studly arrogant jocks, vs rather well-to-do storekeepers? How many young-uns does the banker collect?

Eternal times ago it was the law that girls, as soon as they reached the age of a woman, were given by their parents into the responsibility of a husband, and from now on they had to serve him and be at his disposal. Only about their first night, the young women were allowed to command as they pleased, because the joy of the first night was sacred. And so it was the law that the women were allowed to choose a partner who could and had to instruct them in the secrets of physical pleasure for a week starting on the night of the first full moon after reaching womanhood. During this time, it was the duty of the partner to fulfill the desires, lusts and longings of the partner and to consider her as his venerable superior.

Many generations ago, the first law was overturned and all women are now allowed to decide for themselves if and whom they marry (with the man's consent, of course). Only the second part was never officially ended but merely forgotten. Until twenty years ago, when a certain lady sued for this right.

And so young women were now faced with the choice of how to spend the first full moon after their 18th birthday. Most refuse to exercise the right, because they think that this would be a rape of the partner who can not refuse. Many also choose a partner with whom they had already settled this. Many also a secret admirer. What in those days no one could foresee were the social media and those stars which should suddenly be available to many ladies at the same time, but even here the old law was sufficient, because it was written that a partner was only allowed to initiate as many ladies at the same time as the power of youth and loins allowed. (The loß decided in case of too many applicants).

What was also not anticipated, and has never happened, was the possibility of one woman choosing another. Until you did it and an old rival that your two first full moon must use to fulfill your desires, lusts and desires.

If I may be critical of the user saying this could be a remnant of a patriarchal society. Surely a better match for that would be an arranged marriage, perhaps with a few suitors her father allows her to choose.
This scenario however feels like how wild animals do it, an artificial mating season. Which begs the question of how outsiders would view the practice.

Fuck that men or parents in charge shit. Fuck it all to hell and back.

The women have taken over and THEY decide who succumbs to the new girl's wishes. On that night, whoever she chooses is not allowed to say no. And that doesn't mean Non-Con either.




Yes, I've done a few 'parents in charge' stories, but I made sure to note that the girls were more than willing and in agreement.
