Women and dogs

Well, doggie position. My wife and I have been together for 20 years and have a great sex life. On the weekends, we sometimes never leve the bedroom (not really, but it seems that way). As far as I can tell, she has an orgasim as much as I do (emotionally and in wettness). Here is the thing. Her "new" favorite position is doggie, rough doggie. So much pound and grind that for the second time in a year, she has gotten a tear and has become swollen. The doctor states that it is an infected tear and to take antibiotics and no sex for 14 days. The nurse gives her a wicked smile and Vicodon for the pain and discomfort.

I under stand the pain and pleasure, and wanting to be satisfied, but does doggie that good, to risk a tear and such?

I would love women's input...

If it's worth it for her, I'd say it is worth it.
Maybe there is something you can do that will make it a little less dangerous.
I like doggie best with my knees closed and the "pounders" knees on the outside of mine... That way there isn't so much stretching. I find the traditional dog to be a bit painful.
I hope she's feeling better.
