This is a specially formulated diet designed to help women cope with the stress that builds up during the day.

BREAKFAST
1 grapefruit
1 slice whole-wheat toast
1 cup skim milk

LUNCH
small portion lean, steamed chicken with a cup of spinach
1 cup herbal tea
1 Hershey kiss

AFTERNOON TEA
the rest of the kisses in the bag
1 tub of Hagen Daas ice cream with choc-chip
topping

DINNER
4 bottles of pop
2 loaves garlic bread

REMEMBER:
STRESSED SPELLED BACKWARDS IS "DESSERTS"

You know LK, I never have developed a taste for wine but then I haven't had anyone around me that is knowledgable about wine either.

Think you could teach me to like wine?

I will teach anybody who comes near me about wine. For dessert we may go with something sweet, don't you think? There's a fresh, sassy white from Spain called Satinella, or perhaps some port?

On this topic being the novice that I am I will be forced to place myself fully in your hands.

Teach me oh kind Sir

I can get down with some soda and starch. You can invite me to dinner anytime ;)

But do you want something sweet with cheesecake and Snickers bars?

That would be a delight, a pleasure and a treat all rolled into one.

What should we have for dinner? I'm thinking/hoping by soda and starch you don't mean a coke and a slice of bread.

One of the first things I'd teach is that a snickers bar isn't meant to go with wine. You want dark chocolate for that... but as to cheesecake, well, they come in a diverse enough assortment that the answer must be, "it depends."

Are you taking notes, GG?

;)

I'll leave the dinner plans up to you. I'll bring dessert.

What are we having for dessert?

hhmmm....dinner

I'm in the mood for steak, baked potato, fresh tomatoes and lots of tea. How does that sound?

ooopppppssssss.......my bad

I was thinking I signed up for the hands on training session
As long as your memory is good you'll pass the quiz. If not, it's remedial tutoring (which in the case of wine class can leave you unable to operate heavy equipment.)

Hmmm...is there something compatable that could be dribbled over the cheesecake?

Oooh, or maybe I'd have to go for the bubbly....something dry to cut through the sweetness.

Do vibrators qualify as heavy equipment?

Steak and potato's , sounds like a man's anti stress diet.
I'll surprise you with the dessert. It goes with anything.

Now you're thinking with an open mind. Good show.

No, GG, not so far as I know. Heavy equipment is the sort of stuff that can move earth, as opposed to making the earth move. A subtle but important distinction, if you see what I mean.

I'd like to place an order please for a truckload of #2 please.

Can I get advance delivery on that order please?

Yes, as soon as possible.

Yes, I realize there will be additional fees involved.

No, those fees are not an issue, I will gladly pay them in order to get this delivery quickly.

Thank you for your time.

Let's have no talk of fees, teaching is a labor of love not undertaken for monetary reasons.
