Well I definetly shave my pits. I don't like arm pit hair at all. I guess it's more socially acceptable for men to go unshaven but I like a guy who shaves his pits too, or at least keeps it trim. I was watching a music awards show about a year or so ago with a couple of friends, and Paula Cole was preforming, she was wearing a sleeveless dress and she lifted her arm and it looked as if she had Buckwheat in a head lock everyone in the room winced. Most men that I know don't like women with hairy pits. I think Bs may be right that it's more socially acceptable in European countries to go natural. To each his own and if it turns someone on to see that, then whatever floats your boat.

Actually, it's the former Soviet Republic of Estonia.

Just kidding. I suspect there is some of it in Germany, and perhaps in Italy as well. I like it occasionally, but overall, prefer a woman's armpits to be shaved. On the other hand, prefer her pubic hair to be absolutely untouched, the wilder the better.

Ugh. Once I lost my last razor, and since I usually live paycheck to paycheck (yeah yeah) I couldn't buy one for two days. I refused to go out of the house. I feel gross with pit hair and I refuse to have stubble at anytime there.

Not real with the subject but, I noticed one of my guy teachers has yello pit stanes on all his shirts. Guys, or gals. what causes this? It makes me sick to my stomach sitting through his class. Just curious. Maybe he just doesn't wash them or something.

LOL. I had yellow stains in the armpits of a shirt ONCE. It was a really tight white one, but it was from the new brand of deodorant I was using, I suppose, because after switching back I never had the problem again. Or maybe it was just a really hot day. LOL I don't know but I flipped out and took like 3 showers in a row.

Personally I've only seen it once in my young life. And that was in Greece. And she was 30+. Not even in the depths of a Thailand jungle village I saw it. So go figure.

Ukranian women are absolutely beautiful. While there, I found myself gawking, like some guy, at the women I'd pass on the streets. One, in particular, I stopped to talk with, looked like a young Sophia Loren...until I glanced downward. She had hair like a man's, thick and black, on her legs.

It became quite a common sight. I can't say whether the entire country was that way; perhaps just that region.

For the most part, younger Ukranians are fascinated with Americans and American culture and try to adopt as much as possible.

Well I'm obviously in a tiny minority here but *I* don't shave under my arms... mind you I'm not terribly hairy. However even if I was I wouldn't shave because I find it erotic and I like the sort of men who are turned on by real, unvarnished women - men like my husband and my lover (who *adores* my armpits). So there you go. It's a matter of personal choice really.
