ORLANDO --
A woman is accused of using a stun gun to discipline a 10-year-old child for not making oatmeal properly.

According to the Orange County Sheriff's Office report released Thursday, Melissa Neale is according of brutally disciplining a child on several occasions.

Neale bonded out of jail Friday.

A witness, who said Neale and the child had been living in her home for three weeks, said she saw Neale slap the child in the face, punch her in the head, and grab her by the hair and pull her around the room.

Then, deputies said on Sunday, June 15, the witness saw Neale get angry at the girl for not making oatmeal properly, get her stun gun, hold the child down and touch it to the child's leg. She said she saw the girl fall to the floor and scream.

The witness said she decided to get help when the girl wrote a note saying she didn't want to live anymore.

Deputies said Neale told them she never abused the child, and during the stun gun incident, the gun was never activated and everyone was just playing around. But deputies and the Department of Children and Families said the child's bruises and marks show otherwise.

Throw her in jail!

You have to love that the witness needed help from the kid as to what to do about the abuse.

I recall a feral Democrat who came by our office wanting permission to put her kid to sleep. "Do I need a permit?"

I imagine its covered in ObamaCare now.

Wonder how the kids does with scrambled eggs?

I thought that was fucking ridiculous. It really took you until the kid threatened to kill herself to know that you should contact someone for help? Bullshit.

But, according to some people, all domestic abuse is committed by men.

Who says that?

so you didn't even bother googling 'child abuse', knowing full well that in the media 'domestic abuse' only refers to spouse on spouse.

genius.

by this logic, 'according to some people' only adults get abused. because your google didn't show up child abuse.

genius.

"Domestic abuse" should include spousal, child and elder abuse.

"Domestic abuse" should include spousal, child and elder abuse.

blah blah blah. but you're complaining about what comes up in the media when you google, and the media uses the terms separately. what the fuck your irritation about how specific the terms are are used has to do with 'according to some people', i've yet to figure out.

funny, the media. they'll say 'elder abuse' instead of the more generalised 'domestic abuse'... perhaps that means 'according to some people' old people don't get abused.

jeez... LT would've googled up some rabid feminazis who once said something like that, and abut three people agreed with her, and somehow it got into print, while the rest of the world rolls their eyes at the insanity.

your only argument is that you suck at google!

you're not even fucking trying!!!

I was with you until the three exclamations points in a row.

That could have been my oatmeal.

measuring is the key to making good oatmeal. if you're just going to guess, comes out too thick or too thin....

but that poor child, christ, you need a license to fish, but any old person can have a kid....

I use recipes as helpful hints.

I always change shit up to my liking and it usually works because I have a functioning brain.
