KEENE — The Jaffrey woman who tracked her husband to a Rindge home, poured bleach on him and then hit him with her car will not go to jail after she entered into a plea agreement.

Jessica Bruno, 31, of 76 Lacey Road in Jaffrey pleaded guilty to two counts of criminal threatening, and two counts of domestic violence during a hearing held Thursday in the Cheshire Superior Court in Keene. Bruno agreed to plead guilty to the misdemeanor charges in exchange for the sentence and having the other felony charges lodged against her dropped.

Her sentence includes nine days credit for time served after her arrest. The remainder of the sentence is suspended for three years while she remains on good behavior. She will serve two years of probation and will be required to seek appropriate therapy, according to the sentencing sheets filed in the case.

Bruno was arrested on July 29, after witnesses said she drove to the Rindge home where her husband and three children were staying. Bruno was reportedly intoxicated and belligerent, according to the affidavit filed in court by Rindge Police Sgt. Rachel Malynowski.
