Yes IMHO, it DEFINITELY depends on the couple and the lifestyle they choose. My concern is that the "mainstream" definition of marriage is seriously flawed. Hell look at divorce rates....50% for first marriages and 60% for second marriages. Then if you poll the half who STAY married...more than half of them are unhappy with their marriage! Then you throw in all the people who NEVER get married. How many truly happy marriages does that leave anyway?

I believe that human race is imperfect, therefore ANY lifestyle is imperfect. Therefore, I say mutual respect and honesty and leading a healthy lifestyle is all that is important......if being honest means you admit that you have a sexual urge to fuck someone else then how can that be wrong? Is denying that urge any better? Mutual respect means respecting that your partner has these urges and respecting them enough to discuss them and in some cases even acting upon them.
