I would join ya'll at the rpg boards, but I've never played an rpg other than on a puter/ps/sega. I've definately never played one on a bulletin board. I'm unfamiliar with the basic schema, the rules, the etiquette, how one is to choose how to hop into one of these stories. The entire process is vaguely alien and a little mystifying to me. I've perused a thread or two, but came away rather confused as to how anyone knew what they were supposed to do. Are snacks served or should one bring ones own? Are we expected to share? Do we require crayons? DCL does make a suave sexy sarcastic Batman doesn't he?

Oh dear. My train of thought derailed and met with it's typical blithering fate once again.
