His words had hurt her once and for all. No more would she take his hurtful ideas or his hateful dreams.
She left, her heart soaring at her new freedom! She would live her life as her own, no longer a sparrow with a broken wing. She would fly as high as the sky would let her.
She took one soft look at the house that had been her prison for so long. "Goodbye, my love. Forgive me." She smiled as she walked steadily away.
This was a walk of new adventures in her future, as the night was rising, she would be the new person she was made to be.......
