If you are going and have friends there that you can go around and play with ABSOLUTELY! I went for Holi a few years ago and had the time of my life...
I have pics to prove it!
Take my advice, pack some sh*tty cloths that you don't care get ruined, lots of baby oil to help remove the color and DO IT!
