Haha I went through this when I got mine out too. I knew they were supposed to dissolve, but I figured that just meant go away. Not come out in a few chunks. I remember freaking out when I felt them wiggling around in the back of my mouth... Percocet will do that though I guess!
Sorry to hear about the infection, but do you have any funny stories about what happened after the procedure?
One of my friends' first language is English, but is also almost fluent in German. When he got his wisdom teeth taken out, after the procedure he started swearing at his family in German!
As for me, I was...fairly...lucid after coming out from anesthesia. My mom and fiance had to drag me to the car because I couldn't walk, but a few minutes into the drive home I was telling them "I'm okay to drive..." The fact that I'd even suggest it would tell you I was loopy.
