Do a search for "Butterfly Vibrator" or "butterfly panties" -- but I think your goal of finding a unisex remote control vibrator that doesn't involve penetration is probably hopeless.

The "butterfly panty" style is the only type I know of that doesn't involve penetration and they don't look like they'd be either comfortable or effective for the male anatomy.

You might want to check out this site It's a UK site but they sell to Canada (I've linked the Canadian priced site) with a quick delivery time. I'm not aware of one toy for both men and women unless it's just a vibrating one. Oyster actually has a remote control vibrating cock ring for men. Check out the duo men/women 2 toys package.
