Crazy out there today! I'm not a huge fan of snow, but seeing it from my window is pretty awesome.

When I was working, I'd cussed a mouth full every time it snowed. Working for a municipal government I had to be the first one out in it. We were responsible for support of the snow removal crews and preparation of the equipment, so we were on the way to work before they were even out of bed.I don't mind snow. Slippery roads suck, though.

Now being, retired, I can sit with my feet up and enjoy the beauty of the softly falling snow, the ground shrouded in a blanket of white as a fire crackles in the fire place. Of course I ain't going to say that around my old work mates. They'd strap me to the front of a snow plow so I could really enjoy the snow!

At least there's no mosquitoes. They were bad this last summer. And stink bugs, although they are a minor nuisance.

It’s only going to be -30 tomorrow night and a high of -17 on Wednesday with a wind chill nearing -60 here. Good thing I don’t live in Minnesota or Canada!Crazy out there today! I'm not a huge fan of snow, but seeing it from my window is pretty awesome.
It is not normal. I'm thinking people are going to be melting this summer.
Interesting.
A post about man causing the 'splitting' of the polar vortex followed by instructions to create more man-made CO2...
I see that you are doubling down on stupid this morning...
