Yippieeeeee Papiiiiiii......lets get naked and find the confetti! lmao. ya im tired so im silly. Gimme a break ive been up since 5:30 this morning. Im so glad you had such a good time here Jo baby. And give me a little more time and Ill be counting down the days lol. And yall know I will be too!

So do you all wanna hear what happened to me yesterday? ya well since your not here to answer im gonna tell ya anyway lol. So im leaving for work its like 6:30am and im on my way downstairs to the car. Im wearing sandles and a dress to my knees right nothing fancy just dressed for the office. Ok now to set the scene. The side doors of my apartment have one step up to them as well as you have to stp up to get into the door cause they are pretty high. Ok so I open the door right and step down like normal. And some mean spirited little brat kid had put this huge rock right against the building under the door so you couldnt see it when you open the door. It was like as big as two mens fists or so. My foot lands on this rock and well of course I went down.Twisted my ankle landed on my knees and kept falling cause I landed on the edge of the step. So I ended up on my back with my legs on the step and my back on the ground. My purse under me squishing the hell out of my smokes and everything else in there. I mean im damn lucky. If it had been nay one else in the building they would have broken something for sure. I live in a building of mostly older ppl like in their 50's at least. And seriously if I had broken anything I would have sued their sorry asses off! All I ended up with was a twisted ankle and two really badly cut up knees. So of course I get to walk around looking like a 12 year old with my big bandaides on my knees lol. Seems to me when I was a kid we played tricks like switching the sugar and salt. Nowdays these kids are out there playing mean and dangerous tricks. God that bothers me! Grrrrrr. Anyway so I figured it was time for another one of SweetOnes interesting pointless weird stories and there ya go. lol.

Sorry to hear about your fall, Sweet...Kids these days seem to like to hurt people. In Edmonton someone dropped a big rock onto a school bus from a pedestrian overpass over the Yellowhead Trail and killed the driver, and damn lucky that nobody else was killed. Hope they catch the brats and charge em with murder or manslaughter....teach em that what they do has repercussions....something that most kids don't seem to realize anymore.

I hadnt heard that story! That is unbelievable! I was ticked off about my knee boo-boos. Even made Jo kiss me all better but wow. Thats horrible. You said no one else was killed....were any of the kids injured or were they not on the bus? And when did this happen? Recently? Makes ya think twice about encouraging kids to celebrate April Fools Day.

OK heres another story for ya. This morning I worked at 9am. So my alarm is set for 8 since its Sunday and we can wear our pajamas to work lol. So I hear the key in my lock turn this morning(my mom has a key to my place obviously since we live in the same building. But I had both locks on so she had to knock) I turned and looked at the clock and jumped literally out of bed and ran to the door. Opened it and said call work and tell them I am on the way. I was dressed and at work by 9:13. Now if you knew how far I had to go and the fact that Im a girl and all that you would consider that amazing lol. Anyway so the other girl at work just laughed at me. Not to bad since she was in pajamas and slippers. I at least had runners on lol. Anyway so thats my story of today. I love working on Sundays it is sooooo dead around there! I can spend the whole shift doing my nails lol.

Dirty trick 2

Apparently someone cut through the Chain-link on a Pedestrian Overpass over the Whitemud Freeway a few months ago, and dropped a huge rock on a School Bus as it drove underneath. It killed the driver, but he lived long enough to pull the bus over safely, but died soon after. No kids or anyone else on the bus, either, thankfully. Cops still don't have any suspects or leads, yet.

My funny story about being late was a little more my fault. I'd been working shift work, and had been getting messed up with long shifts at work. I woke up one morning, and realized I was an hour and a half late for work...:O:O:O PANIC MODE!!!! I quickly got dressed, and ran to my car.... sped to work (Which luckily wasn't too far), and was completely confused when I saw the parking lot almost empty. I went to the door and found it locked, as I did all the rest of the doors to the building. By that time, I was REALLY confused, so I checked my watch for the time. I noticed the date, instead. It was Saturday.... my day off. Did I ever feel stupid.....Luckily, no one else was around to see my dumb move....

I have a clock radio alarm. I have only missed getting up one in the last year and that was a power outage. I woke on my own about 15 minutes after the alarm was supposed to go off.

Time to get another clock radio! And one with no snooze button!

well back to work today

Yicky! lol One of the lines I answer at work is for a lottery. Actually two of them are but this story is about only one so deal with it lol. Anyway we sold 230 tickets tonight. Alone with the 400 other lines I answer( I know I may have said more before but I got a more accurate quote this past week) Yesh were we busy! I got my dinner break almost 2 hours later then usual. I was soo hungry and that leftover chineese was soo good lol. Note to self. If anyone is out there looking for a job. Dont get my job! hehe. Well that was my day back to work. Already counting the days till my next days off hehehe. Sound about right to yall?

So what have I been doing the past two days? Oh how nice of you to ask. Ive been bed shopping! Yeeehawwww hehe. Now testing out matresses is fun but its much more fun to test them with Jo then it is to jump on them in the store with my mom and a salesperson watching lol. I am so stuck tho between a choice of a black iron queen size canopy and a normal iron queen size sleigh bed. I really really cant decide which I want more. They are about the same price so that cant even sway my decision. Someone give me their opinion pleaseeeee.

I need something to help distract me. Seeing as Jo is leaving tomorrow for the long weekend away. *pout* *sob**cry*. Ya I just better get a whole lot of sweet talk and pet names when he gets home! Right ladies? Makes sense to me lol. Shhhh dont anyone disagree with me! I want some serious sucking up done when he gets home! If I cant see him again till November I need all the sweet words I can get to last me. Either that or distract me from noticing how much I miss the dear man. hehehe ok thats enough mush for now I think.

I would go with the sleigh bed. Canopy is gorgeous, but it will not fit in all places, so if you ever move, it might be a problem.

If Jo is going to be a frequent visitor too, go for the extra firm

Ill have to keep that in mind Barely. Ill go to the store and see how high the canopy was. I mean if its below a normal ceiling hieght then it shouldnt be a bother but ill have to check. And dont say get extra firm! Yesh girl thats not help at all lol. Jo wants me to get a firm matress and I hate firm matresses! I was testing out the dual side matresses. I think that would be a great idea personally. Not to mention it would train me to stay on my side of the bed which I dont do. I always sleep right in the middle and poor Jo has to shove me over or fall out lol. Anyway thnx for the hint about the hieght on the canopy. Nice to see you again. Hope things are well with you.

Anyway those are some big reasons why I love Saskatoon. Could make it hard to move away. But when your moving to be with someone special it makes it a bit easier. Anyway off to work for an 8 and a half hour shift. grrrrrr...Im being trained for weekend midnights. We have a regular midnight girl in the week and the rest of us take turns on weekend midnights. I honestly never guessed you were here in toon town. Hehehehe thats cool. Ill let ya know in a PM where I work. Not that I mind anyone from here knowing...but have you seen how many ppl come and read our little list here? lol. I do beleive some discretion is necessary. So lets steal the Winnipeg thread while Jo is away for a couple days. Whats your fav restaurant here? Now that weve discussed so many places in Winnipeg lol. Me personally. Ive got to say O'Reileys. Have you been yet? Its on 2nd avenue across from the Odean. Oh my god they have good food there! You have to go and have a burger or the shepards pie. Its soooo delicious! Then again there are a lot of good restaurants in town here. Did you make it to Folk Fest this year? Ive got to say I was pretty disappointed. I go every year and this year the lines were so bloody ridiculous you couldnt get anything at most of the pavillions. The chineese one was at Aden Bowman this year and it wasnt nearly as good as it has been in the past at Holy Cross. But I had to go cause Bowmann was my high school lol. Weird to be back in there. I went a few times to see teachers the year after I graduated but havent been back since. So that was nice. Now again pardon my memory but have you mentioned your age on here? Im just curious cause it is so nice to meet someone in the same city online I so rairly do. I met a guy from Regina a while back and he came here for a work conference and we met for a drink. As a matter of fact it was the day I started at my job so June 3rd this year. He was just horrible. We had nothing to talk about other then his obsession with wanting to get me in bed. And I was soooooo not attracted to him! lol So needless to say I didnt meet up with him again. Ive also met a women from there but havent been able to meet up in person yet.The only other person closer then Winnipeg ive met lives about 3 hours away in a small town. And we are great friends. See each other as often as possible. Anyway so great to hear your from here. Ill go write you a PM now and let ya know where I work. Anyway hope everyone else is good and pardon DrO and I talking about toon town so much lol.
