How much wing span would be required to enable a 225lb woman to achieve sustained flight?

There are too many variables missing. Weight alone means nothing to lift.

Speed of airflow, angle of attack, shape of the airfoil, drag coefficient, etc. are all necessary requirements to determine lift.

I think the Andean condor (maximum wingspan 10 fee 10 inches, max weight 15 kilograms) pretty much defines the upper limit for a flying animal. Because of the cube-square law and various anatomical reasons, a flying animal the weight of an adult human would be impossible.

An Airbus380 can lift off at just over 716 tons...and that's not wearing any makeup. :)

So many variables!

Let's assume a low attack angle.

Hey...speaking of Wings...should she be tried in LitCourt for impersonating a young, semifit woman?

She Is still young.
She's in her early to mid- thirties, from what I gather.

May I ask something?
And I don't intend it in any way as picking on Wings or taking sides. It's just something that I've always been curious about.

Wings mentioned several times that she's not white , but she looks undoubtly white to me.
What ethnicity is she?

I wanted to ask her but it's awkward since we don't get along.
