In Windows 7 when erasing a CD-RW disk, the application hangs in the "erasing files screen" after the green progress bar has moved fully to the right.

I cannot cancel the operation or close the program from the screen nor eject the disk. I can only retrieve the disk by a full re-start whereupon I discover that the original files were never erased.

Anyone got any ideas?

I had the same problem.

Just set your CMOS data encryptors to accept looping binary data and you should be all set.

Y-y-y-y-eah......s-s-s-s-ure. I may try that one (u-h-h-h, H-h-h-uh) if Vette's link doesn't work out.
