You can submit as many stories at one time as you want ..you don't have your first one posted to submit your second one. any chance some of us could get an advanced preview of chapter 2?

i know, but i don't want them posted out of order, and i want to know if i need to make corrections to the second one before submitting it, though violence will not be a problem there...you want to know the funniest thing? i can't stand to go back and read that original edition of my first story, i don't even have it anymore. not to tell you anymore than you want to know, but i've never been raped, i had a less than pleasant experience at my "healthy woman's" exam, and i used what i felt there in the rape. i can still feel it every time i think about it. *shudders*

nah, i saved it....and if i have to i'll even resubmit it...my thoughts are that each time i resubmit, i make changes, with any luck each of the changes improves it, so that can only be a good thing.....right?

Yes - I have no stories here under this name, and the ones under other names don't have a little H beside them, but I do have sixteen novels selling enough copies to be my only source of earned income. Is that also funny?

On a more practical note, when I had the same problem with Snooper the stories stayed there, (see http://www.literotica.com/stories/showstory.php?id=101201) and from the story I can get to the list of submissions at http://www.literotica.com/stories/memberpage.php?uid=216094&page=submissions so you should be able to recover all your accepted submissions. The only things I can't do is use the Snooper ID, or change anything about it, and its email address is wrecked.

Well, that last message is certainly not comforting. My biggest concern here is whether I'll lose another name. That might frustrate me to the point of giving up and deciding reading is better than writing.

To the message above it....I have no doubt that many of the people giving advice are fine writers, but if their stories are low rated here, then I am assuming they have not mastered writing for "this" audience. I admit I have no novels published, and have always been unhappy with any previous attempts I've made at writing. I seem too rushed, and my stories are disjointed and hurried. I'm trying to improve my writing, but the only way to do that is by letting people read it, and the only way to get good (constructive, not positive) feedback here to is write in the style that the people here expect. After that, I'll take it one day at a time.

Well, I just finished doing a first edit on part 3....all I can say is I hope Literotica decides quickly what to do about my ID's. I really want to know if part one is being submitted on the other name or not, because part 3 is definately my favorite so far. Ok...I'm addle-brained see you all later.

I guess we'll find out next week takes about 7 days to post. and you can always resubmit it under your new name whether it posts or not....Also remember that non consent is the least read and bdsm I think is underread so reader totals/votes and comments will be low.

sometimes it only takes 2-3 or even one bad vote to bring you down from a hot or high score. You will get bad nasty comments no matter how good you are. I invite anyone here to not only read my stories but more importantly read the reader comments..there are great glowing ones deserving or not and then there are downright nasty painful ones. I leave em all up usually to show new writers that it just doesn't matter.

Some times people giving advice are real authors or literature majors in college or journalists or have had thier "good" stories tanked by rivals or trolls on this site who don't like them personally. Usually I get advice from lot's of different sources and if it starts to form a pattern then I use it ...I know it's true.. also the longer around you are ..the more you will start to see who really does want to help you and offer good advice and critisism and who is just being mean or pretending to know that they know something.

so bottom line. good advice can come from people with low scores on thier stories.
you may not get hot scores ..just from bad luck..but the more you write and if it really is good. eventually your scores and readership will start to climb ..have patience.

and most of all..to meg--don't stop writing and keep submitting..we need more writers who care more for story plot character development etc like you.

I'm all over critical critism. I need it, I know that. Lord, if I had all the answers, I'd be rich and famous. I just want the replies to at least be useful.

I'll keep an open, detached mind with the first few stories and see how it plays out, then start looked at who seems the most constructive.
