Will more people vote?

If the is a change and the popular vote is used to elect the pres. will more people feel that their vote will count or something and go to the polls?

I think there is a very real chance of that .....How many times have we all heard "well what difference is one vote going to make" ?

I think it's likely that more people would vote...

I know that many of my friends that do NOT currently vote would be more inclined to do so if they could believe that they had an impact,,,

Then, other folks may still feel that 'what's one vote among 10 million or so ?',,,,

it's really hard to say for sure,,, but my gut feeling is that some more would vote.
