Exile is the usual remedy for overthrown tyrants.
Probably not. The rich and powerful all too often escape justice. Just ask Jeffrey Epstein (if you can summon his ghost).
Wasn’t the Ep-monster in jail?Maybe use Hillary and Bill as better examples!

No ,the rich seem to get away with crime in the US ,but I will be ecstatic if I'm wrong .
Lame Duck L'Orange ....
Will he see the inside of a jail cell?
Like all other things, there is one system and set of rules for the rich, another for everyone else, but people still think that this is a meritocracy...yeah, right.

Epstein was the exception that proves the rule. I imagine Trump learned from his mistake and will leave the country before he can be indicted. The only problem will be finding a country that doesn't have an extradition treaty and which he doesn't consider a "shithole country". I've got my doubts as to whether there is any such place.
Taiwan?
Likely no
Any jury is going to include multiple Trump voters. A prosecutor would need to convince ALL of them beyond a reasonable doubt that Trump committed a crime. Maybe some powerful evidence that has not played a million times in the media is out there that might change things. With the facts reported so far, I am having a hard time seeing a unanimous jury vote to convict.

Yes. He got 41.8% of the vote statewide. Even in the counties that fall in the New York City metro area where he got drubbed a jury representative of the electorate still has a couple Trump voters on it.In New York???
