Wild Life

She laid in bed not stirring or moving at all except for the occasional muscle twitch. Her breathing returned back to normal and her heart rate was also make to it's average beat. After many hours and it was still dark out but the sun would soon be coming up. She let out a tiny groan and her eyes slowly opened and things were very blurry. She looked over and saw two Latros sitting beside her. She blinked a few times and somehow got her hand up to rub her eyes.

Her muscles ached and her entire body felt heavy. She kept her eyes on Latro as a few tears rolled down her cheeks. She was no longer the girl he fell in love with. She was Brogan, the lost, abandoned sorceress. She saw he was sleeping and she cleared her throat slightly and pulled her arms out from under the blankets and she placed her hand on his knee.
"Latro..."
And she tried to move his leg to wake him up but could barely move her arm. Hymi and Isan must have heard her and came over and it seemed Hymi was checking on her and they nudged Latro.

She saw him wake-up and gave a tiny smile. She didnt want to tell him what happened and that what they both feared happened. She was still extremely tired but tried hard to keep her eyes open and she kept her hand on his knee looking at him as more tears came. She started to worry about everything. He said he loved her, and that he never wanted her to leave. And she loved him and told him she'd never leave but she wasnt the same person any more. Would he love Brogan as much as he loved Ferox? Would he want her to leave? Would he treat her differently? Would Hymi and Isan notice the difference? She was scared and just wanted to forget everything again...and be the Ferox he fell in love with.

A voice, weak but important to him drifted into his ears, but not fully rousing him from his slumber. But the lick on his hand from Hymi managed to pull him from his slumber quickly. Instantly his neck hurt like hell, having passed out, watching his lover sleep. He saw her, and the tears in her eyes. Something had changed, there was a fear, and sadness in her eyes; but she was also still very weak.

He moved instantly to her side, taking hold of her hand and leaning over to kiss her forehead. “How do you feel, what can I do for you love?” He was worried, nothing like this at all had ever happened in their practice with her magic, much less during their love making. Whatever this was, it was new. He just hoped that it was something he could help her through.

“I was so worried Ferox, I didn't know what to do. I've never seen anything like that. Do you have an idea of what happened?” He brought a cup of water, that had rested beside the bed all night, up for her to drink; offering it to her n case she was thirsty.

He saw the pendant, emerge just slightly as she moved under the covers. He wanted to take it and trow it off a cliff; for in his mind the fancy necklace did this to her; whatever this was. It hurt her, and nothing should be allowed to her his love, ever again.

He awoke and rushed to her trying to see what was wrong and showing his affection towards her. Which only felt like it made things harder. She took the one hand she had out from the covers and wiped her eyes and then looked up at Latro, her lover. When he said he had been worried and then asked her if she knew what happened she lied and shook her head no. She knew what happened and still was in denial about it. She wasnt going to tell him, not like this. The sooner the better she thought to herself. She could tell him and let him digest it before the morning. He could figure out what course of action to take and go from there, but she was very nervous about it.

When he offered her water she took a small sip and handed it back to him letting her head rest back on the pillow. She stared up into his eyes and moved her hand slowly to his cheek and let her slightly quivering hand caresses him. A few more tears rolled down her cheeks and paused a moment and looked away and then back at him.
"Latro, tell me you love me...please, you love me right?"
Her lip quivered slightly and it became much harder for her to keep to her eyes opened and her hand dropped from his cheek and fell onto her body.

Her eyes fluttered for a moment and she shook her head and looked at him with a very sleepy look in her eyes.
"What...happened..."
And she thought for a moment on what to say and she started falling asleep but mumbled to him.
"I remember...everything."
And she fell back asleep. She wanted to stay up and talk to him about everything. She wanted to make sure she wasnt going to wake up to him asking her to leave or hating her because she represented things he had left the city for. But her body was weak, tired, but by morning she should be alright. Even when all her memories were back she didnt think about any of them, just about Latro and all that would happen the next day.

He readily complied with her request, professing his love to her, but fell silent after she began to explain. Latro listened intently her short description, and watched her fall back to sleep.

At first it didn't hit him, the meaning of her words, and he just tucked her back under the covers, brushed the hair from her face, and sat back in his chair. Slowly, the concept wormed its way through the numbness, and bit at him. She remembered. Everything. But what did that change?

The change, that's all he could focus on. What would be different about the woman he loved. He was a logical man, and clung to his ability to think through things. Before she told him, she had wanted an assurance that he loved her...so she still must care. So the only thing about her that he loved that was changed, would be that innocence. He assumed she had a very sad tale to tell, and the innocent, worry free woman he knew would have the baggage of her past.

That made him angry, for anyone who could give such a past, and take it away again, should have been able to make it stay gone. Now she would hold memories of a simple time, as well as the rest. He hated whoever did this to her, before he ever heard anything about them.

But the one thing that never entered his mind, was to not love her. His heart was tired to her as much now as before; it was just that the love would become more complicated. He fell asleep again in his chair, his body and mind finally overcome. Hymi and Isan had moved to sleep beside his chair, helping him keep watch over Ferox....or whatever her name is.

She had slept and slept and finally her body recovered. She awoke the following day mid morning and her eyes opened and she saw her lover still sleeping and she sat up in bed. She saw Isan and Hymi and pet them with a smile on her face. She was nervous about what would happen. She wasnt sure how he had taken it all and hoped things wouldnt change to much between them. She loved him so deeply and greatly and never wanted that to go away. She had already lost one lover and didnt think she'd be able to go on if anything ever happened to Latro.

She wanted to tell him all that he wanted to know about her life. There were things that she didnt think he needed to hear but if he asked she'd tell. She just wanted things to be alright with them. She pulled her legs out from under the blankets and swung them out of the bed. As hymi and Isan licked her hands as she tryed petting them and such. She then reached over to Latro and kissed his cheek.
"Good morning my love. I'm feeling much better, but i'll be even better once you're awake."

She stool slightly, and her legs wobbled slightly and she sat down in his lap with her arms around his neck and she kissed his cheek again with a smile on her face.

He woke to her voice, but was not ready for her to fall into his lap, and nearly dumped them both onto the floor; barely managing to save them both. He laughed about it, and smiled that she still called him 'love'.

“Good morning.” He didn't know how to address her. She had a new name, well her old one, which she had yet to tell him. It felt strange, awkward, but she still felt great in his arms. Taking that as a great comfort, he hugged her closer to him. He had no idea where to begin, what would happen now. She said things to calm him about her feelings, but what actions would she now take?

His time with her flashed in his mind; finding her, working on her magic, creating clothing, and all the intimate encounters as their love grew. How would she reflect on those times now? He had a million questions, and no answers. So he just held her for a moment, and then heard her stomach rumble. Using that as means to act on something, anything, he lifted her up into his arms and stood up. He placed her back down in the chair and kissed her brow as he went to make breakfast, promising her something tasty.

Breads and wild pork bacon was all they had left in these winter months, so he began to cook the bacon, adding a variety of herbs that were still available. He kept busy waiting for her to bring up her past when she felt comfortable...he never would.

He held her tightly for a moment after wishing her a good morning and she smiled. She didnt want things to change drasticly. They had a daily routine that should be the same and they still had preparations to do for the winter. As he lifted her up she giggled and smiled as he set her back down and kissed her forehead like he always did. She loved that he did that, it was just something soft and sweet that he did. But she could sense that he felt a bit awkward about things.

She figured he would be since she felt the same. He was going to be good and not immediately pry into her past even though she knew he wanted to ask. She figured she'd start off with a few simple things. She stood up and walked over towards him.
"My name is Brogan."
She paused and looked at him seeing what he'd say and then she continued.

"I lived in a small house with my parents and older brother. When I was ten i was taken off to the arcane academy. If i calculate things right, i'm nineteen years old...what do you want to know Latro?"
She smiled and took his hands and kissed him. She just wanted him to relax and feel comfortable asking her things.
"I love you very much and I want to be open with you and whatever you want to know...ask."
She smelled the food and helped him set things up at the table and saw Isan and Hymi come inside and she pet them letting them know she was fine now. She then sat down with Latro and took a bite to eat and sat in silence for a moment, waiting to hear what he had to say.

He had no idea of what to ask, so few questions were in his mind. Those that were, he as afraid to, despite her reassurances. Brogan. The name, not an unpleasant one, seemed to underscore the whole issue. He had come to know Ferox, and was the only person in the world concerned for her. Brogan, however, he had to share with the world. And older brother, parents. She had a previous love.

He continued to cook, working up the courage to ask the one thing he really needed to know, but knew would lead down a dark road. She set things and he served the food to the four of them, and as she began to eat, he found he had no appetite. With a sigh, his questions began. Raising his head from how it previously hung, he looked her in the eye; those same, magical, beautiful eyes. “Who did this to you, and why?”

His anger was there, the moment the questions were out. Whoever could do whatever they did, and leave such a woman out to die was a monster. Latro didn't tolerate monsters very well; if a bear went crazy, he hunted it down and and ended it. Once he learned of a criminal that lived on the edge of the woods, praying on women in the small town at night, only to retreat back into the cover of the forest. The city guard had discovered that monster in the middle of the road one morning, his foul deeds forever ended. Now he wanted to put down anyone vile enough to take someone's memories and leave them for dead in a harsh wilderness.

His appetite had returned, and he ate, as if he were preparing for a hunt.

She paused with him while he finnished doing things and she saw him stop eating for a moment and look at her. She looked back up at him and swallowed what she had in her mouth and waited for a question. And then it came, the one she wanted to put off a little longer. She was hoping that he'd ask simple things about her but he skipped right to that one. She took a deep breath and stopped eating. It was hard to even think about but vocalizing it was going to be tough and she sighed and looked away and then back at him. He was angry about it, she could tell and so was she but she was trying to contain her emotion as best she could.

"It's obviously not a pleasant story, but i told you that i would answer all of your questions and i'll keep my word. It started when my boyfriend...lover...whatever you wanted to call it found out that there was corruption occuring from within. There were a handful of Wizards that wanted to take over, concur lands and virtually start a new war and use the students as their weapons. He told me about it and then threatened them to tell the higher ups. They took action by knocking us out and taking us to some random dungeon and tyed us up. We woke up seeing ourselves like that. We couldnt defend ourselves, our magic was useless against them despite how powerful we both were. We were some of the strongest in the school. Then...they..."
Her lip started to quiver and she sniffled as a tear ran down her cheek and she immediately wiped it away.

"They punished him for what he said and made me watch as they tortured him to death. It was a uh warning to me that that would be my fate if i were to utter a word of it to anyone. They kept a constant eye on me and forced me to train harder then all the others saying that they would use me as a tool for their war. And one day i refused, stopped trying, and didnt show up for anything. If they killed me everyone would know...so they made it seem like i just ran off and abandoned everything. And to protect themselves they took my memory so no one would ever find out. But they obviously underestimated my stength since i somehow took down the memory like block they put in my head. And thats what happened...."

She sighed as a few more tears rolled down her cheeks. She wiped them away and tryed to eat again. Nibbling at her breakfast but not being able to focus. She took another deep breath and looked up at Latro.
"Was...there uh anything else you wanted...to know?"
She sniffed slightly and tryed to look at him directly in his eyes. But he would see all the hurt in her if he looked at her. She stopped eating and just ran her fingers through her hair and waited to see what he had to say.

Latro listened, and said nothing. He shook his head at her when she asked if he had more questioned, and finished his meal in silence. He had hoped her tale would be one of some lost apprentice, who maybe burned herself out while playing with magic, or the victim of some accident. Never had he guessed she was caught up in some plot to start a war, a war fought with mages and not just swords.

He stood and cleaned up after the meal, but while washing the bowls, his frustration came to a head. Tossing them down, and letting out a primal shout, then gripping the table; the cords of strong muscles in his arms rippling from the tension as if he were trying to squeeze the table apart.

Finally he left go and relaxed. “I hate anyone that would hurt you. I hate any who would plot like that against their own students. But I do not know where to go from here. If what you say is so, then you have a choice to make. A horrible, unspeakable choice. You either much tell someone of this threat, and likely become trapped in the plot again, or stay here and ignore civilization and their wars.”

He looked at her, his eyes sad, for either answer would change things, he knew. It was no longer Ferox deciding to stay and leave the rest of humanity behind; but Brogan, skilled mage and possibly the only hope of stopping an unjust war. “Just know this Fer.....Brogan. I love you still, and will be at your side, no matter your choice.”

The story was over and he had no further questions. She couldnt eat anymore and she sat quietly as he finnished his meal. He took the bowls to go clean and she just sat there and then rest her elbows on the table and her hands held her head as she pinched her eyes shut for a brief moment. She then looked over at Latro and saw him throw the bowls down and grip the table his muscles flexing like nothing else. She looked down at the ground. She was making things more difficult, but what he said next was something she didnt want to bring up at that moment.

She stood and walked over to him. Before she started her story she had already known that those were her choices but she hadnt thought into them deeply. She swallowed the knot in her throat and stood walking over to him. She caressed his cheek and pressed her forehead against his and closed her eyes for a moment. She pulled back and looked him dead in the eye.
"I will always love you but I need to make this decision alone and if I do decide to return back and try to stop what is going to happen, i wont let you come with me. They will kill you especially if they found out you were my lover."
Tears started rolling down her cheeks and she looked away for a moment and then back up at him.
"I refuse to let another man I love die. And i'm trying so hard to not run back there and just blow everything up. I'm out of practice but i'm sure i'll remember it all soon enough."
She wiped her tears away and laughed slightly about wanting to blow things up.

She took a deep breath and took a step back.
"I...I need to get some air..."
And at that she walked outside and past Isan and Hymi who had run over after hearing Latro yell. She wondered if they would notice the change in her. She walked out and over to the large rock she'd occasionally watch sunrises or sunsets from. Sitting down on it she stared out into the forest and thought about her options. She didnt need to make the decision right then but sooner rather than later. She knew the Wizards that were attempting the take over and training for the war would take awhile. She would need help, but didnt know where her friends were or if they were apart of it or not, she figured they wouldnt be since they had similar views to herself but she'd figure this all out eventually. Right now she needed to relax and collect her thoughts, she'd figure it all out in time.

She had never before needed time alone. Never before had a reason to. He made no move as she left the cabin, and went outdoors. He looked at the wolves who were confused, and almost demanding an explanation from him. He just sighed, and told them it was 'complicated'. They sensed a difference, but could not know how or what had changed exactly.

He knew one thing though, she would not face any army or wizard alone. He cleaned up the cabin, leaving her to her thoughts, but after a short while, she had not come back. He grabbed his cloak, and a think blanket, and clock for her, and walked outside. Finding her was easy, she still had the same perch she had previously enjoyed.

“If your thinking takes much longer, you will need to keep warm. I'm not about to lose you to the cold.” He offered a small, almost forced smile as he wrapped the cloak around her, followed by the blanket. Sitting beside her fro just a moment, he stared off in the same direction she had. “It's not an easy choice. And I am only going to complicate it; as I am not staying behind should you go to face them. I'll be beside you, like it or not. Besides, I'm handy with a blade and bow, and if things get nasty that could come in handy.” He got up, and walked back toward their home. “Brogan,” he said for the first time without stuttering the name he;d given her. “You lost much last time, but you leave fight alone again. And if you choose to go, we would have surprise on our side. Surprise can be a very welcome ally.”

He returned to the cabin to wait for his lover to come back to him again; wondering if it would ever be even close to the same.

He seemed to let her think for awhile alone but then she heard his foot steps approaching. When he finally got up to her she didnt look over and didnt say anything. She just kept staring out into nothing. He put the cloak on her and gave her a blanket. He told her exactly what she was saying, yes he was deffinately going to cmplicate things and he said he was going to go with her no matter what and she wanted to snap at him and tell him that he deffinately wasnt. But she wasnt going to let her temper flare up. That was her problem pre-memory loss.

And she also knew he was very skilled with those weapons but against the magic she knew she'd be facing, it wouldnt do to much. And she wanted to tell him that and explain that he wasnt going with her if she chose to go, and it was looking like she would be. But she wasnt going to make anything final, not yet. He did have a good point that they would have the element of surprise. For the most part they would. No one was expecting her to come back and she figured that her mother probably got a letter explaining what had happened, meaning that she went coo-coo and hadnt been heard from and was most likely dead. She'd have to find her mother and explain everything, or atleast parts of it. The same with her brother, if he was still around somewhere.

She heard him walk away and she didnt say anything again. She pulled the blanket around her tighter and remained there longer, much longer. She didnt plan on that but she just wasnt ready to go in and face reality. She took a deep breath, folded the blanket up, held the cloak around her and walked back to the cabin and then back inside. Hymi trotted over to her and she knealt down and pet the wolf that obviously wanted an explanation of everything. Isan came over as well and she pet him as well smiling at them, trying to make it like things were okay. She then looked up at Latro and stood back up. She set the blanket down on the bed and took her cloak off and set it down as well. She had NO idea what to say to him and just looked him in the eye like a nervous child. She would let him take that how he wanted if he still wanted her there that moment.

As she stared at him, he just walked over to her, put his arms around her, and held her tight. For the moment, they were just this small family, and would face anything together. Moments, maybe hours passed before he let go. When he did, he knew he had found the strength to carry on as normal, until she had something more to say.

“Well, it's pretty cold out, and we've no time to hunt, so I figured we would just stay in today. I'll cook a little extra tonight, you'll need it to regain your strength, and I am guessing you wont need any more help from me for your flashy tricks,” he grinned at her, hoping to bring a smile.

“We can sit by the fire, and you can tell me anything you want of your past, or nothing at all. Just so long as you are close, I will be happy.”
He meant it. He knew their world had changed, and that it would change further, far sooner then he liked. But each moment he could have with as few complications as possible, would be cherished, and not waisted on worry over what might come.

He moved to her and held her tightly. She held him back and she didnt want to let go ever. Nothing could hurt them if they were like this, together, in love. They held each other for a long time and then they both slowly let go and she looked at him. He was right that it was a bit to cold to hunt; normally she would have been able to go hunting even in that weather but her strength was no where near as high as it should be yet. She still needed to recover some. He spoke of her 'tricks' and she just giggled a little and shook her head that, no, she didnt need any helps with them anymore. She just needed to regain her strength and then she could practice again.

What he said next was exactly what she wanted to do. Curl up and be close with him, maybe not talk too too much but a little. She kissed his cheek and grabbed the blanket back up and wrapped it around herself and moved to sit by the fire wanting him to join her. She wasnt quite hungry yet so there was time before they needed to make dinner. She got comfortable next to the hot flames and she felt him come and sit next to her and she quickly snuggled in close to him. She didnt say anything right away just stayed close to him. She was still rather tired and she yawned.

She looked up at him and smiled, now feeling foolish for her actions earlier. She needed to relax, get herself healthy again and then figure things out. Atleast give herself a day to rest. She then thought of telling him more about her past, who she was, and everything. But didnt know where to start.
"Thank you...for keeping me safe and taking care of me."
She kissed him gently and smiled again.
"Well i dont know where to start about my past, but ask anything you'd like to know and i can just go from there. I just want you to be comfortable and happy with Brogan...like you were with Ferox."

He held her close, stroking her hair, “Names are not so important. Nor are skills, or even our twisted pasts. I've seen your heart, seen you with all these other things pealed away. I will love you no matter what comes, because I know you already.” He had spent a good deal of thought on all this by now, and knew the words he used to comfort her were completely true. Ferox was just the primal being within a now more complex woman. By any name though, her nature would not change, and neither would his feelings.

“When the snows begin to melt, we can go looking for your family, if you wish. There is only one town near here, and I am certain that was not your home. Too small, no great sorceresses.” He joked with her. “The nearest arcane academy, I believe, is weeks away on foot.” He said that to be a comfort, but inside he wondered just how much effort was placed into making sure she never returned. Even if the mages could use their craft to get here faster, there were other forests to drop her in. But this one, he was certain, was chosen for it's reputation of being savage. Taking her memory was not enough, they wanted her torn apart.

He held her tight, silently swearing that any fool with a trick of light up his sleeve would have to come between him before they ever thought to touch her again.

She felt physically and emotionally warm as he held her next to the fire. The way he stroked her hair and the feel of the heat from the flames on her cheeks. But what best is that he said he'd love her no matter what and she relaxed into his arms more. She just smiled and held the blankets around herself tighter still feeling a bit weak and her body getting tired again. She felt sleepy for some reason and decided not to fight it. Then when they had a comfortable silence with just the sound of the crackling fire he mentioned finding her family, her town, the academy and she said nothing. At his attempt at being funny she just closed her eyes.

He wasnt going with her, and that was that. She didnt want him too. If anything happened to him she would never be able to live with herself knowing that it was her that caused his death. But they both went silent and she quickly fell asleep in his arms feeling him hold onto her a bit tighter. She hated that her body was weak, but she knew for a fact that within a few hours she'd be much stronger. She just tryed to make it seem like she was fine to Latro when she really did need her rest. And she got the sleep she needed.

She moved everyonce in awhile and didnt sleep as peacefully as she would have liked, but it was better than nothing. She hoped that after she woke he wouldnt mention them going to her town or the academy for awhile. She didnt want to lose her temper and say something she didnt mean to him.

She drifted off in his arms, and he let her sleep there, as he stared into the dancing flames; a million thoughts running through is mind. His past came to him, his time in the city, and the war. Thinking on her past seemed to bring up his own, and all that he had left behind. Thoughts of their future would undoubtedly lead to those cities again. That thought was not as painful, as he assumed it would be. He left his past behind, and with her with him, civilization held little of the pain he had run away from. Not that he trusted people there, but it would not be so irritating to go there now.

Latro stood, and leaned down to pick her up as well, walking with his love to the bed. He placed her in the bed, and made sure she was tucked in. He sat down in the chair, watching her sleep, as the wolves approached again. He pet their head, and scratch their backs, as they sat silently watching the woman; no longer the innocent, feral creature, but also no less the pure heart that she always had been.

When he started to nod off as well, he rose, stripped, and crawled under the covers with her. For the first time sharing a bed with Brogan, and finally laying beside his lover once again, after her revelation.

Brogan slept and let her body regain the strength it needed. She woke up a few times in the night and saw latro in bed next to her and she got closer to him. But she always quickly fell back asleepand finally morning came and it was right before sunrise and Brogan's body woke her. She sat up and shivered and looked at the fire throwing a fireball in having it grow and then nodding her head in approval. She looked down at Latro next to her and smiled getting out of bed ever so carefully as not to take him. She made sure the blankets stayed on him, knowing he needed sleep as well from all the stress that had kept him up .

She smiled at Hymi and Isan and got her pants, boots, and shirt on. She grabbed her cloak and walked back over to her sleeping Latro and kissed his forehead.
"I'm going too go hunt a little, i owe it to you. I'll be right back."
She whispered softly to him knowing that he really couldnt hear. She got up putting her cloak on and went to leave. The pups trotted after her and she laughed softly seeing that they wanted to go with her and she pet them and nodded her head. She walked out with the wolves at her sides and as they went she tryed to remember all the 'good Deer spots' that Latro had said but Hymi and Isan seemed to remember well. After a little walking she spotted a deer off in the distance and she paused having the pups stop with her.

She took a tiny step forward and pulled her hands out of her cloak and rubbed them together, warming them up and then concetrating. She moved her hands up and around some and then at the deer where it was like a bolt of light shot from her hands instantly killing the deer painlessly as it hit the animal. The animal fell and she got the weirdest of looks from the wolves but just put her hands out towards them.
"It's just magic...now lets go get our kill..."
She smiled and walked towards the deer with the two and with a combination of all their help they got it back. She took it to where he stored things and with her magic had it instantly skinned and cut properly. She let him do the rest since she was never really told where and how he liked things but she left things neat for him in there and then went back in taking her cloak off and throwing another log and fireball on the fire.

Latro awoke, and it didn't take him long to find it was to an empty cabin. He didn't worry though; few things in the world wanted to fight with Hymi and Isan and almost none of them were about during winter. Besides, Brogan could take care of herself just as well as Ferox could a few days before...if not more so.

So he set to just organizing the cabin, picking up and taking care of anything that he had over looked in the past few days. He washed himself, not wanting to reek for his lover, and dressed. The cold air felt good as he stepped outside. He could tell what direction she had gone, and smiled. He went the other way, toward the now frozen river. He needed to collect that very ice, to keep her kill cold.

He got back, it seemed, not long after her, and was busy putting the blocks of ice he hauled back into the cold cellar behind his cabin He could hear her in the shed, where he worked on leather and preparing kills. He left her be, since she seemed to want to do this for him, and show her skills that he had taught her. Sorceress or no, she was a creature of the wild as well, and could survive rather easily out here. He smiled at the thought. After all, he had once been a great warrior in an army, yet he vastly preferred the simple life out here.

He was back in the cabin, and getting more hot water ready for her to wash in; preparing a dear was messy business. But when she walked in and was nearly clean he just looked at her puzzled.

She hadnt seen him at first and then looked up from the fire at him and smiled as he gave her a confused look. She then thought for a minute on what it could have he was confused about and then realized she was completely clean after doing a job that should have made her filthy. She just smile and held hee hands out slightly.
"Magicmakes things easier..."
And she snaped her fingers as a few little sparks erupted from her fingers not going very high and then going out as they decended like she gave him a little light show. She walked over to him and leaned over from where he was heating the water and kissed his lips softly but passionatly.

She leaned back up and smirked at him and then walked behind him and started to massage deep into his shoulders. Trying to rub out the tension in his muscles. She then leaned over slightly and whispered in his ear.
"you know...theres something we havent done since my memories came back; and right now, i've got a craving for it..."
At that she kissed his neck and nibbled slightly followed by a more 'aggresive' but not painful or mean bite to his flesh.
"And I really would like it if you would satisfy my craving."
She whispered again into his ear and then nibbled on the out side of his ear, letting the tip of her tongue glide along it gently. While she did this she had slidher arms over his shoulder as her hands roamed his chest, pulling her body right up next to his.

She wanted him. It had been an emotional few days and she didnt want to think about it. She wanted his body, and she wanted to give hers to him. She loved him very much but in that moment it was her lust that was getting the better of her. He gave her such pleasure and she wanted it right then, right there. Or anywhere for that matter as long as he fucked her hard. But it was his move. He could turn her request down or act on it and she was hoping that he'd take action on it. But if not,she wouldnt force anything, but she seriously doubted that that would happen.

Latro managed not to frown at her explanation of how she remained so clean, but her casual manner with magic now seemed such a contrast to the woman he had spent weeks helping created a small fire. He felt guilty for the comparison, and reminded himself that he had really been helping to bring poor Ferox to this....her memories. To Brogan.

Her next action was no less a reminder of the change. Ferox and he had not spoken much of their intimacy; things just usually happened when they needed to. He laughed in his head, they acted like animals, just going after the other. Despite her bold words, Brogan did use words first to begin such an encounter. Civilization had crept into his home, and now his bed.

But it was hard to be upset with feminine fingers trailing down your chest, with nibbles and heated whispers in your ear. He wondered if she would be a different lover now. He loved her, with all his heart, but he also felt as if he were approaching her for the first time again. Then, a decision was made...

Latro spun around, facing his mate, to claim her lips with his. His strong hands moved to caress her almost roughly. As their lips and tongues continued the embrace, his fingers sought out the clothing he had made her, and began removing it; it helped knowing every stitch. Soon she stood naked before him, their passion filled kissing paused, as he looked into her deep green eyes, and walked toward her, pushing her back toward the bed with ever step.

Between the fire and the bed his pants dropped, and he stepped out of them, leaving them both bare, except for her pendant, hanging beautifully between her breasts. Fitting, he thought; as she, the more civilized one, should have some jewelry.

Reaching the bed, he spun her around, letting his arms wrap around her to grab at her chest, rolling her perfect nipples between his fingers, then each roaming, exploring her flesh all over again. He returned her favor, nibbling at her neck. “I would love......to fulfill......your......craving,” he stated, broken by his movements on her shoulders and neck. By then his right hand had drifted low and snaked its way between her legs, firmly massaging her pussy.

Latro could feel the moisture even before plunging two fingers inside her, retreating only to tease the firm bead of her clit. He continued to tease her until her voice filled the small cabin with her moans; growing higher in pitch. Only then did he pushed her down by the shoulders, leaving her bent over the side of the bed, his cock firm and eager to enter his mate once more. He pressed the head of his shaft to her, and let it slowly disappear inside her. Once fully buried within her, relishing how she felt the same as she had a few nights before, he growled his approval, and began thrusting in and out of her.

The decision had been made...she had changed, become more civilized. He had not, and if she still loved him, then she wanted him the way he was.

He quickly took over the situation. Kissing, grabbing roughly at her, removing clothes and continuing to get closer to the bed. He had her turned around by the bed teasing her body and she moaned as her breathing picked up. He was playing rough, which she liked, but it seemed like a different kind of roughness. At that point she was pushed over to the bed bent over. Her hands bracing herself and she looked back over at her lover. As soon as she looked at him he didnt hesitate to push himself inside her and start thrusting wildly.

Her body momentarily froze not expecting him to start that quickly and that forcefully. She quickly relaxed and moaned getting the pleasure she has asked for. Her back was arching and she gripped the blankets as he kept going. He didnt let up if not get stronger with his motions. Her moans got louder and her back continued to arch as she grew closer and closer to her climax. After a moment she tossed her head back and her toes curled up as she came hard. Her legs nearly collapsed under her from what he was doing to her.

She then looked back over at the man that had taken her heart wanting him to get the same release that she had gotten.

He saw her surprise from the rough manner he took her, but never slowed or hesitated. In fact it did drive him on. He knew she had changed, had become more civilized. He had not; so the feral man vigorously fucked the nice lady until her body convulsed before him, and nearly lost her footing.

He just grabbed her harder, supporting her weight as he continued to plunge in and out of her without apology. It was interesting how her body reacted the same when her mind and attitude had not.

He leaned over and bit her shoulder, almost as if to prove, or remind her, that she was not with a gentleman from a nice town; but as near to an animal as a man might get. But after that he wanted to see her better, and not just her back.

Backing off, he spun her over, and lifted her into his arms, taking a few steps to press her back to the wall and lower her perfect body back onto his throbbing shaft. Then the furious thrusts started again, ramming up into his lover. His lips found her chest, kissing and biting at the little soft flesh on her body.

As he grew close to his own release, he looked up to stare into her radiant green eyes; his stare conveying his love for her still. The only thing that broke that stare was his wild howl as his back arched and he filled her with the result of their mating.

She groaned and moaned in pleasure as he fucked her completely. The bite in the shoulder was sexy and she knew there would be a bruise there in the morning, but was completely fine with that. Next thing she knew he pulled himself out and lifted her in his arms, slamming her back against the wall and she let out a grunt as he quickly thrust himself back into her. She put her arms around his neck as her fingers tugged his hair. She came again onto his cock, her hips twitching slightly as he continued to pump his throbbing shaft in and out of her furiously. Nipping and kissing at her chest she tossed her head back hitting the wall but honestly not caring.

He then came hard into her depths and she let out a final moan. Trying to catch her breath she looked at him and couldnt form words. They were completely uneeded as her eyes conveyed everything she wanted to say. She loved him, he loved her and that was all that was needed. After that moment he set her down and his dick slipped out of her. She held onto him and finally her breathing came back to normal and she kissed him hard.

After another moment of just holding him she spoke.
"My body must still need more rest...you really wore me out my love."
She smiled at him and kissed his cheek. A morning of hunting and then rather intense fucking got her tired. She needed to relax for a moment. It wasnt time for sleeping but just to sit down. The whole 'transistion' of getting her memories back really sucked her energy out and that bothered her but she was regaining it all back and would soon be back to her happy energetic self.

She then stepped away, not really wanting too but knowing that she couldnt be in his arms all day. They should eat something and she thought for a second and then looked back at him.
"I was getting a little hungry and thinking of making something...or would you like to do the cooking, since i know you enjoy it."
She smiled at him again and then walked back over to him not being able to resist his lips as she kissed him again. Looking back at him and waiting for his answer.
