Good question!
My first experience happened very spontaneously and was alcohol fuelled I'm afraid.
I guess you may not know you enjoy this 'fetish' until it happens - then some carry on - others end up in the divorce courts!
Well I'm not divorced and my wife has shared several times.
Very interesting subject fetishes such as these - I am sure many find the thought abhorent - just as I'm not into melting wax or nipple clamps. But good luck to those that are.
However, I think you do need a very strong relationship with your partner and not too much of a macho image of yourself.
Otherise disaster may strike!

My husband and I did that once. I loved it and found it very exciting. He enjoyed it in the heat of the moment, but after it was over he cried because he said he didn't like sharing me with any one else.
