I'm about to go on a rant and some people arent going to like it.

by the way you wife is hot...very hot.

my rant...

If you wife doubted that people would find her body hot she needs to get her head check out! What the FUCK is wrong with you women?! I work as a personal trainer so i hear alot of what women think about themselves. And as you can tell....nothing pisses me off more than an attractive women who doubts her looks. I had this happen to me yesterday and today. yesterday a close friend of mine, also a trainer, just wouldnt admit she looks good. I guarentee she does. I asked her "when was the last time she gave herself a compliment?" Of course she never does. Then I asked her to name 2 parts of her body that she liked. She said her eyes and her ears. I made her pick 2 below her neck and she couldnt do it. This women is drop dead gourgeous. In fact i could only find maybe 1 or two things that arent perfect! The second story was today. me and another trainer were checking each others body fat and a third female trainer asked if we would do hers. The first female got busy and i said i would do it for her. She said no way. She didnt want a younger "guy" to see how "high" her body fat is. This lady is a twig. A fit twig, but a twig none the less. How "high" it is? How about how low it is? How about the fact that she is 51 and has the body of a 25 years old. No joke. Now i'm a punk...i never tell any body exaclty whats on my mind. I'm always nice and say what they want to hear. But i told her right to her face she is crazy.

Crazy. And i do mean that in the strongest since. Crazy like a person who cant be in the same room as a spider. Crazy like the person who talks to themself on the subway. I think its driving me crazy!

Why would it take comments from us to convience your beautiful wife that she looks good? Why cant she look in the mirror, or at those pictures, and determine that. I determined it from the first pic.

I'm wasting my time i think. Its impossible to convience ladies of this face to face. Let alone over the internet. Well, let her read this and see what she has to say. And if i'm totally wrong on her attitude or personality, then i'm sorry. But i know the pattern fits many fit and beautiful women in america.

nj-voyeur: I think you will have given her something to think about. I tell her how hot she looks all the time, but as her husband, that is discounted.There are several nice looking well built guys, younger than her, that are flat out after her - she claims she doesn't think so. I think the fun she had in a hotel room with one of them tells me different - they had fun! (NO, I don't have the slightest problem with that!! What fun would there be in having a great looking wife if they only get to look!)

To NJ-Voyeur: I am pleasantly surprised. Thank you for your compliments and especially your response. When you get to be older you think 'why would he be looking at me?' (especially younger guys) and.... you know most woman are never satisfied with their bodies. My husband talked me into doing this photo session because there were certain parts of my body that I felt comfortable with... and others I am still working on in the gym!

I have only recently 'thought' about doing competitions. Sometimes when I watch the competitions on TV it gives me a bug... until I go back into the gym and see woman that are WAY HOTTER than I look. Do you have any information that you can forward to check into it?

I could be wrong, but this is what I think.

After the Amateur Picture section was put on hold, and people starting using this board for posting pictures, they probably decided to put the Amateur Picture section on hold permanently.

Which parts of your body do you think you need to work on? I work as a trainer and might be able give you some tips.

As for contest, you should check out the Galaxy competitions. Its an obsticle course and swim suit round. But you dont have to do the swim suit if you dont want to. In my opinion you should be doing both. But easy to get into and learn than those fitness shows with ladies flipping and doing splits. I actually did this constest back in '99. They have the obsticle course open to men. So maybe both you and the hubby can do it.

Depending on what area you live in, there are frequent shows each year. I live in New Jersey and i can find several shows a year for womens fitness, figure or body building. You just have to do a little searching for the amateur shows.

I think you have everything you need to place at a show except on thing...confidence. Get that developed like the rest of your body and there is no stopping you.

to NJ Voyeur: Thank you for the bodybuilding sites. I think that I may be more interested in some kind of fitness contests. The bodies on the site are quite a bit more developed than mine (and I don't want to look like a guy!) Do you know of such a site that perhaps has something on the West Coast. I work out (every day) at 24 Hour Fitness. Since you are a personal trainer and perhaps work there do you know if they have any kind of competitions they may offer? I have not seen any.

ps: I still need to work on my hips that still have cellulite that I cannot get rid of. I do not want to build up my quads? (upper front leg area) in the process.

She's in Vegas now - should get some great tan line pics next week or so!
She loves laying by the pool with a drink, getting tan and then going on the wildest rollercoaster rides she can find in Vegas! Who knows what she'll do in the evening - hope she uses her digital camera!
