wife is unfaithful thinking she is helping family or husband

Looking for any story where the wife is unfaithful as for some reason she feels doing so is required as in helping her husband or helping her family. In her mind it is the only option and she does it either without her husbands knowledge or approval. When the husband finds out and things go bad or divorce she is shocked that he is not on board.

I know there are some out there but doing a search I am not finding any. I am not looking for the few where the rich man offers money for a weekend or night with the wife. I have read many of those several times.
