Yes, it's been done before. However, focusing on the wife as far as "why" and "how" she goes about this will be what makes the story erotic.

Why? Does she want to see her husband fuck another woman and her sister is the safest option? Does she have a secret sexual infatuation with her younger sister and this is a premise to interact sexually with her? Is her sister a complete introvert and has no hope in her mind of ever losing her virginity, so she decides her husband will be the one to do the deed? While watching him fuck her, does she suddenly become overcome with lust to join them?

How? Ah, this is the most interest part to me because you can describe the "grooming" the wife has to do for both of them to make this happen! Perhaps she begins to over-share details of their sex life with her sister, telling her that her husband has a large cock and that she should settle for no less herself. She could begin to foster her sister's latent exhibitionist desires and encourage them to practice them in front of her husband. She could playfully ask her husband if he's ever thought about fucking her younger sister and that her sister has a huge crush on him.
