Why is it we get a piece of meat then grind it up only to squish it back together again in a circular shape and cook it ???

Would it be more simple to have the meat cut in circles ?

I say use it up. Wear more leather; there's too much hide going to waste. Get your dog one of those cleaned-up cow bones -- she'll love you; so will her teeth. Good old natural casing franks and real sausage are good stuff. Remind me what people collected fat for during the second world war -- seems like we could still be doing it.

Use this stuff up. I don't mind the animal dying after being given a pretty peaceful life. It's waste I don't like-
