Why won't admins reply?

I was recently banned and tried to reply to the admin who banned me. The thread has been closed to replies so I sent a new thread to the admin. no answer. How do I get my account 'unbanned'? I was not being malicious in my chat post but just caught up in the chat and not thinking things thru before I made the post.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Whether you PMd the mod who replied to you or one of the chat admins, it has been just over 12 hours since this exchange in the Lit Chat Support Forum. All moderators and admins here are volunteers and are not required to be online 24/7. If a few days pass without them getting back to you, I could see posting something like this.

Based on the nature of the ban, you will not be unbanned.

You have yet to pm me and ask the reason. But it did help that one of our fabulous mods LittleMinx99 pmed you on Saturday July 13 2024 (or perhaps before then but thats the date she replied to say she had messaged) to tell you the reason. So you have now been told you are banned by a mod and the reason that an admin has not messaged you is because I see no reason when one of the mods has already done so. Redundancy might work well in some places but in this...not so much.

So...next time you want to talk out of your ass maybe think about the fact that there is another thread showing you are indeed talking out of your aforementioned ass.

Also you had the wonderful Topleasehim (on of the forum mods and someone who has been so much help to us in the chat) suggest you pm as well.

Now if you don't know how to get into your pms go up to the little envelope at the top and click it. You have your pms turned on as Minx was able to message you which means you would have had to at some point go in and turn your pms on as they are set to turned off when you join. So unless you were born in a soap opera and got sudden amnesia or your evil twin has hidden the truth from you..I think you know this.

Frisky (another lovely mod we have) is correct no amount of stamping your feet will make the ban be reversed. I know this because I am the one who does those. Either way take a moment....think about what you want to do because this..*points at the impotent whining and pouting* is not going to get you what you want big boy.

Also....no "thread" or pm was sent to me or Quip...further ass talking it seems. Also if we allowed every one who did not think before you speak back in the chat...i assure you...most of the regulars would have jumped ship long ago.

Hoping someone here knows how to help me. I see many story series on here have a link at the foot of the chapter to the following/previous instalment. Try as I might, I can't seem to find out how to do this. Can someone point me in the right direction?
