Why it's Republicans who should be worried about losing the midterms

Republicans, like Trump, think that if they say something often enough, it’ll magically happen.

Well, it IS a good way to get people to believe a lie. How else to explain that they've gotten away with whining about balanced budgets when they are responsible for the biggest deficits in history?

Seems unlikely. The 2020 coalition has already fractured. The Bernie wing of the Dems are talking about putting a challenger up to Biden in the
'24 Dem primary. Dem support for Biden is nowhere near GOP support for Trump at this same time, and the entire right is unified against "Brandon."

And maybe you've heard about gas prices . . . and food prices . . . there's still a lot of anger out there, same as in 2018, and it goes against the team in office . . . unless the United States is attacked by a foreign power, like on Dec. 7th or Sept. 11th, between now and Election Day. That's 244 days away . . .

. . . 244 days to stop the spread ;)

' It doesn't ALWAYS work out that way!! Maybe not this time!!"

Which is true....we could se a SUPER majority (D) super tsunami this November.

It COULD happen. But probably not.
This article doesn't predict anything like that. It simply looks at the contested seats one at a time. A Congressional election is not decided by the people's general, aggregate attitudes toward the parties.

But, this is not a presidential election.

The source of the initial article, MSNBC, is not the most reliable place for information, especially when they are giving their audience (95% team blue) what they want to hear. MSNBC, FoxNews, these are American political propaganda sites, serving opposite sides and speaking almost exclusively to their audience, which is aged 65 or older, at both sites.

2022 will be a referendum on Biden, then same way 2018 was a referendum on Trump. The people who made-up the 2020 coalition have been demanding Biden fulfill certain election promises, which are not being fulfilled. Team Blue losses in 2021 show that Team Blue voters lag far behind Team Red in enthusiasm and support for their team. ~30 Team Blue members in the House will not even stand for re-election--these are similar numbers to the Team Red retirements leading up to the 2018 defeat for Team Red.

MSNBC and Fox are not opposite numbers. MSNBC is a news organization, Fox a propaganda organization.

there's a lot being made of retirements or not running for reelection, but people are failing to mention those running for different positions instead. Maybe not an awful lot, since most are retiring from the ugliness of political life altogether, but it's still significant...especially if they are running as Senators rather than Congress critters.

There's also some kind of implication that if a dem chooses not to run again that this means a repub will automatically fill that position rather than newer democratic blood. It may be the case in some of the redistricted areas skewed towards republican voters, but not always.

Sorry, this is factually inaccurate, and a statement that only Libs make. You can tell MSNBC is Democrat Propaganda because they will never criticize Democrats, never criticize Joe Biden, never criticize Barry O'Bama, never criticize Hillary "What Epstein Island?" Clinton.

He believes Brandon isn't a senile, decrepit shell of a man. Calibrate your respect for his judgement accordingly.
Peck is an argumentative contrarian, even he doesn't believe half the shit he post and neither do I!

Biden is the greatest president of all time, according to them and 181 million voters. 😝
Nobody even pretends to think that. Obama was a better president, but not available for constitutional reasons. Biden got the nomination because he appeared at the time to be the most electable Democrat. (I think Sanders was also electable -- not only in 2020, but in 2016 -- and would make a better POTUS.)

Obama was a better president . . . (I think Sanders was also electable -- not only in 2020, but in 2016 -- and would make a better POTUS.)
Obama was a terrible president, a complete failure that was covered-up by Corporate Media, and Obama's failures were why Trump could win against all the odds. The failure to realize that about Barry is a permanent blind spot for Libs over age 60.

Bernie was electable, but Bernie's complete surrender to the Obama-Biden wing without securing ANYTHING for Bernie's supporters is leading to the far-left exodus from the Dems that the former Bernie coalition talks about non-stop these days on all the new media (YouTube, podcasts, Callin, twitter, etc.).

If you're taking cable-news propaganda as fact . . . you might be as surprised as most were about Trump, Rittenhouse, etc.
