From a purely practical POV...

While Lit's servers are their own, the outfit that hosts them prohibits anything having to do with minors from being hosted on their network. There are no such rules about rabbits.

Thanks to all those of you who responded to my inquiry (that was obviiously and completely meant to be taken in jest.) Even at my age I have a strict over-18 rule and animal stories tend to make me sick (no offence meant to those of you who enjoy the non-human category).
As to Dixon's comment, I don't know about all of you, but I don't consider hookin up with a 16-year-old(age of concent in some states) pedophilia exactly, though that is of course debatable.
And feel free to club, skin, and stew away...but could you please resist the urge to make Mr.Easter Bunny "take one for the team" so to speak? If for no other reason, then simply on behalf of all of us who would like to enjoy an egg hunt later this month...
I don't know about the rest of you, but I think its plenty worth it for those yummy marshmellow peeps and Reese's eggs to restrict our urges to the human race.

The age of consent and the use of people under 18 in the porn industry are two seperate laws. I could fuck whomever I wanted to in NYS once I reached 17 but it would still have been illegal for me to work in the adult entertainment industry anywhere in the USA.

The reason L & M don't have kiddy porn on Lit is that it crosses the border of legality. I'm unsure as to if WORDS about sex with minors is illegal or not, but as pedophelia is wrong, and they wish not to include those things on their site.

Most likely (and I don't remember exactly what Laurel said so I am guessing) they don't wish to deal with the legal issues just in case, and also that they personally don't wish to have it on their site.

Thanks for the perspective and the info. Admitedly I don't know much about the lagality concerning the porn industry. I'm still learing as I read along.
As for pedophilia being wrong, of course it is. It's simply my opinion that other subjects that ARE allowed on this site, such as beastiality and incest are equally as wrong. And concerning porn(though I obviously enjoy reading erotic lit.),I truly think there should be more laws regulating what can be put online.
The other day someone showed me a site that had pics of nude children (I'm not talking about teenagers here). And this site claimed that it was legal because the little girls and boys were not shown in sexual situations. I've truly never been more offended and appalled in my life. I'm wondering what others think about that type of site and this "loophole" around the law?
