Cuz the "dirty ol' man" so picky that he will only go with those in Cali, Nevada, Oregon...nearby states. He will not consider goin' cross country....and some ladies just don't live in Cali!

That is why I have asked if anyone has a room for him He doesn't eat much - food that is
