Why is it

Thats why I never go outside....can't make it to the door! :D

the sun helps your body in producing seratonin in the body. and when you go inside, the sun isnt there anymore to help in the production, so your body feels a sort of withdrawal from the sun, added with all the extra seratonin produced, makes you feel tired, or like you have less energy.

CO2 levels?

are your windows still closed from last winter? maybe the air in your home is a bit short on O2 and long on CO2...

just a thought...

Good analysis but....

:p

good luck to you but I'm a sun dodger so I'll just sit in the shade.....I'm more of a forrest lover.

Sun bad...much ouchie. hurts eyes

Inside good..**** stuff to do. food too

I am a grey cloudy drizzlily weather person.
That is why I moved to the great Northwest.

many years ago I went on holiday with my then girlfriend to the New Forrest (a large forrest on the southern coast of England) and I can still remember going deep into the forrest with her and laying down on a blanket and making love in the dappled shade.....now thats a lovely memory for sutch a shitty day as today...;)
