Just a brief quote, referring to the Gulf War:

Thousands of Iraqi soldiers, some of them alive and firing their weapons from World War I-style trenches, were buried by plows mounted on Abrams main battle tanks. The Abrams flanked the trench lines so that tons of sand from the plow spoil funneled into the trenches. Just behind the tanks, actually straddling the trench line, came M2 Bradleys pumping 7.62mm machine gun bullets into the Iraqi troops.

That is the funniest thread title I have seen in a year.

The sight of that mass murdering bastard Schwartzkopf with a big grin on his face was enough to turn my stomach.

Damn, PC, I don't agree with you often (ever) but this time, ya got me.
:D

Ah, the irony!
Someone who ranks as Secular Humanist posts a thread glorifying war.

That's comedy.

No, I fired off a witty (everything is relative) retort without getting into the issue.
Just wanted to see what it feels like. So many others on the board seem to like it...
So how was it?

. . . and American troops came home suffering from Desertstorm syndrome, caused by the low grade uranium impregnated into their ammunition . . . corporate America using American soldiers for their live fire trials . . . and, yes, you guessed it . . . the US government denies liability!! . . . Now WHY am I NOT suprised?? After all, the US government long denied liability for Agent Orange syndrome from Vietnam . . .

I hope you enjoy your conscription/draft Thrillhouse . . . :)

Cyberstalking As A Concrete Fascist Phenomenon

Fascist cyberstalking is a multi-purpose tactic.

Like the fascist blackjack over the head in the real world, today's fascist cyberstalkers (see below) seek to bully their victims into silence. The message the neo-Nazis present is a simple one: if you speak out you will be victimized until you stop speaking.

It is important for victims to stand up and not be cowed by the fascist agression. For the original message also rebounds; others who might speak are forced to ask themselves if their potential anti-fascist actions are worth the trouble if they too are targeted.

The cyberstalking takes the form of an ongoing campaign of harassment that includes: spam; defamation aimed at denying the victim normal employment in his profession; defamation asserting falsely that the victim has a disease; defamation asserting that victim is a pedophile, wants to commit mayhem, has engaged in incest, or other criminal actions; sexual harassment of other anti-fascists, ostensibly by the victim; ostensible confessions of sexual desire for the fascists themselves, ostensible confessions of sexual perversions, almost always based on the fraudulent misappropriation of a name, and identity theft.

These are then backed up with calls for violence against the victim.

This is in turn forms the basis for fascist calls for people to complain against the victim to the police, the victim's boss, family, neighbors, or Internet Service Provider.

Oh, no. I'm much too old (and out of shape, and nearsighted, and lazy, etc.) to be drafted. I was a little worried about that during Gulf War I - I was 19 then, prime drafting age. You remember the song, don't ya? Na-na-na-na-na-nineteen.
