Why I'm a Jerk

If people have been reading my posts over the weekend they could reach the conclusion that I'm an obnoxious, inclusive jerk. While I wouldn't quibble about that judgement I thought I'd explain myself a little.

First, there are three things I really hate in life that have nothing to do with the Montreal Canadiens.

1) Pretentiousness

2) People asking for attention

3) Poor taste in music(and before one of you wiseass Mofo's points it out I'm conscious of the conflict between 1 and 3)

People have simply hit the buttons recently.

A wee clarification

I don't actually think I'm a jerk, it's just that certain things get me acting like one.

Also, while some of the music I like is kind of obscure it's really accessible. Deathray for example.

We all feel like jerks sometimes. I had to force myself away from the fucking keyboard last night before i said irretrievably harsh things to tumyo (or however you spell it) about the frequency with which he uses the word "Cindy" in his posts.

From my perspective (not that you're particularly interested, i'm sure), you're more like a big nasty-looking spider on the wall above my puter; i sometimes think it prudent to go WAY around you. Other times i see you as more of a mosquito-eater, deadly to some but not (exactly) threatening to most.

We need bugs to maintain the health of the system... eco or social.

I thought the opening troll post was from shark zen or vice versa. He lives way Upstate, near Montreal, was a bit pretentious, and started off babbling about Tool. Oh yes, and he relished attention. Thought he was coming back, all humble, for that second chance some wished to grant him....
