Hello Rob, if you know the VIX then you know the market ebbs and flows and right now there are some market opportunities...like Crown Castle (CCI) trading around $97 with a 52 week range $84-$120; PE at 14 with a dividend of $6.26, if you have some money on the sideline then there are some pretty decent opportunities brought on by uncertainty. My spirit animal is Warren Buffet and he once said something along the lines of...when others are afraid be greedy, when others are greedy be afraid. We can't control Washington, but we can take advantage of events. Not to mention, the US stock market tends to recover and move in a positive fashion...so swoop in and pick up a solid company or two. Cheers!

I recall youe spirit animal sold two-thirds of his massive holding in Apple (I believe he WAS the largest individual shareholder via his Berkshire Hathaway) after der Pumpkinhead Führer was elected in November.

This proved very prescient given how bad the latest release of Siri was this year ('now powered by Apple Artificial Intelligence!").

Some sports podcaster asked Siri "Who won the Super Bowl (insert number from 1 to 55 sequentially"....Siri's failure rate on the answer was a whopping 66%!

Trump bailed on the 50% tariff tantrum he had today, I doubt the 25% one even happens tomorrow. Ford crushed him, and the Markets ground him up. It must stick in his craw, getting beat up by a lightweight like Canada.
I'm sure he'll have something to rally up his base tomorrow though...maybe it's that EV he just bought, after denigrating EV's for a couple years....
