Why does some Lit stories can't read off line?

Well, I bookmark some of the stories for later read off-line. Most of the stories can be read this way, but there are some which are unavairable off-line. I have to revisit the pages again and go off-line to read them. Sometimes, whole bookmarked pages has to be revisited in order for me to access off-line. What is happening?

For your information, I know cleaning temp folders deletes data cached.
