My answer is other because I could honestly chose a combination of answers. I like to learn and to form friendships with others who have similar interests and to hang out and have fun.

I selected gaining knowledge, sharing knowledge, having some fun and out of habit.

Initially, my focus was on gaining knowledge and the mother thread and forum have served me well. Ack! Wait! I am the submissive!

Now, I have some odd tidbits to share and do enjoy doing so.

I like the occasional fluff thread or bantering that goes on. I am still considering switching just for a shot at PBW's milky white ass!

Oh and yes, while "out of habit" isn't how I would word it, having been here as long as I have and having tried to "break in" to other forums, as well, I find myself here. Who wants to go through all the newbie stuff somewhere else. And, in truth, there are places that are absolutely frightening to enter as a newbie!

(I hope this isn't one of them. *sigh*)

I like the nature of the forum, at present. There is a bit of everything for everyone and we can pick and chose what we enjoy posting to.

I am not, despite the username, in "the lifestyle". My username is a relic of curiosity on the dalnet irc channels. my spouse is dominant, not sumissive, so my Dom side is, thus far, only oparially explored, so I am curious to learn more, and perhaps one day, do more.

So I plan to do more than lurk, don't think anyone is a freak, and just want to have fun.
