I can be that part of me I can't be most places here with people I have come to trust that I can find no where else.

Most of you folks are the best. Thanks for keeping this place alive and accepting.

I'm here for the gum and the fucked up sex. and because I have a grammar fetish.

Obviously not because you have a capitalization fetish. Or is it perhaps not a punctuation fetish? :p

ETA: Oh, hell, I forgot to answer the original question!

I'm here for pretty much the same reasons you are, Shank. I can be who and what I am, and the people here are pretty damned spectacular.

At this point? Habit.

I'm comfortable enough in my skin that I feel quite mundane and boring [sexually] compared to most Litizens... the only thing that reminds me I might have an "alternate" view of sexuality, is listening to people outside of Lit talk about their relationships/sex lives.

I come for the brain food that is served up in such a delightful way that I simply can't find it anyplace else, and sometimes to just sit let my heart listen to the terribly beautiful humanity that lingers here.

Because I imprinted on someone special.

Ironically, it's not for the BDSM anymore, lol.

Lit is like a coffee shop or a neighbourhood pub for me, where I can pop in before, during, or after work and gab a little bit with people I know.

Also, I'm glad you're hanging around again, Shank. I missed you while you were gone.

It's my home in a way but I spend far less time here than I used to.

Thanks, I feel more "myself" now that I'm back.

There are other forums that I could go to to play with the sexual stuff I post around here, but they are just not the same. I'm not playing with BDSM any longer, but those years of active play were formative for me and I like the "vibe" that those that have played give off.

YOU ALL - that's who I talking about!

Everything you just said. Except I do like reading some of the BDSM threads.

Mostly habit, and friendships.

ETA: I just read everyone else's comments and I want to go on record that I didn't deliberately copy CM's post. lol

I'm comfortable enough in my life that I feel quite fine sexually, compared to most people I know. Now, I just need to get other people to see me as I see myself. For that, I think I need a lot of dark glasses.

Oh, and I didn't copy CM's post...I just used it because I'm really into using women.

I guess I've been hanging around Lit because I like reading the stories and submitting some too.

This particular part of the board keeps me coming back because there is still so much for me to learn about BDSM. The different view points and experiences of the people here opens my eyes to so much. It also helps me work out what I want from my relationship and how to make it more rewarding.

So thanks :)

Fixed that for you. gracie doesn't sell her cookies.
I understand your going for definition #2 and I agree. But I went with #1. Maybe it's a stretch but I think it works.
