Why do you cry?

depressive episode. would like to just lay in bed but im at work so i guess im doing something productive

I'm at the age that some of my close friends have passed away. I don't really cry but a tear slips out behind my sunglasses. I think we get more emotional as we get older, I sure have. 5, 10, years ago that would never have happened

If I get really mad or frustrated I might cry. I cried for a week straight after my break up, at random points through the day. I refuse to watch sad animal movies because I know I'll cry. If I'm in excessive physical or emotional pain. But it takes quite a bit to get me to that point.
