Well...since this is my first foray into this part of the Lit forums I'd have to say...because I was completely unaware it was here until about two minutes ago. But I've always been a bit on the slow side.

Fellowship with like minded people is what will keep me coming back.

No Obsidian its 2 different threads, our Fury has a the gift of letting her mind flow to paper for us to enjoy, that thread is Fury filthy stories. As for the books the book club is reading come the 1st of April we will be discussing the book Panic Snap by Laura Reese, you can find out more about April's book if you read the thread, reading for pleasure. Both of those threads are here in the cafe so I hope you enjoy.

Let's see.....why do I come here.....um to make my husband raise his eyebrows at me perhaps. Really first because I was curious....then I kept coming back because I think once you wade through some of the fanfare it's nice to find that no matter what interests or "kinks" one might have at the end of the day we are all just human. I have learned a lot and continue to do so daily not just about a certain lifestyle but about people in general and their reactions to others. It's also a nice escape for me. It's nice to know that there are some people out there that can live a lifestyle I am not able to live.

Then of course there is Fury...and with those stories she writes..well who wouldn't keep coming back for more?

I come for a number of reasons.

Initially, I came because i was curious and wanted to find out more about the lifestyle. I also tended to bounce around the boards at that time.

As I started to read posts, here, I realized that the people seemed to be more pleasant and more interested in others and their posts were more well thought out and expressed . In short they seemed to care more.

I also have found that people are more tolerant on these forums than at other ones where it just seems that they only want to see how many posts they can get or just have ongoing feuds with certain others they don't like.

So thanks everyone.
